was told that small vibration was caused by upper ball joints on 2009 subaru impreza:; this car does not have upper ball joints. all that is there is a strut attached to spindle

Everyone was very friendly, especially the mechanic that worked on my car. He fixed my car remote and installed my windshield wipers which I have forgotten I had in my trunk. Gave me some recommendations for my car. People at Best West are all about service, not just sales.

I ended up at the parking lot near this shop late on a Friday afternoon, after having my alternator replaced earlier that morning at another repair ship in Pueblo. My vehicle's charging system was still failing and the vehicle died on the fwy in the south Colorado Springs area. The local team took the time to push the car into their shop and to my surprise, found a blown fuse most likely from the morning repair work! Given where the market has been with customer service since covid and the repair shops having more work than they can handle, it's refreshing to see a business like Best West providing true customer service as it use to be!

I moved to Colorado Springs in 1999. I bought a jeep Wrangler from Faricy Brothers and the sales guy recommended Best West Tire as the best place for jeeps. 25 years later and it’s the only place I’ve ever gone to fix my cars. Love the owner ownership and the staff at the south store. Thanks to Matt and his team for always taking care of me.

My mother has been coming here for 15+ years after she got a oil change something happened to the car to the point where we needed a tow after we brought the car back they said they fixed it and gave it back to us and let her drive home after 5 minutes we noticed the car was having flashing red light and was making weird noises as were driving we seen the car wouldn't speed up passed 40mph after we brought it back they suddenly found many problems with the car such as a 4 thousand dollar supercharger and told us the car wasn't able to drive so now we are out of a car.

Service was great my oil change was done in a timely manner. I also loved being able to book the appointment online since they were closed when I scheduled it. Staff was knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. They weren't pushy in trying to up sale me.
