I have been going to Bestwest Tire for OVER 25 years. In addition, my 3 children’s vehicles have also used Bestwest Tire for a myriad of reasons. Folks on the north side of town are VERY FORTUNATE to have such an awesome business to support us. If I may, I would like to highlight the professionalism of both Adam and Ron up front and a BIG shout out to Leo in the back. I know there are others at Bestwest that make it all happen too. This shop does quality work for reasonable prices. I bought a lemon from Corwin Toyota in March of 2023 and have been bringing it here for any repairs. They fix any issue in a timely manner and the customer service is great! James is very understanding and knowledgeable regarding any repairs and explains it well to a woman that knows nothing about cars.

Truly the only shop I will go to or recommend. They always give me the breakdown of what needs to be repaired sooner rather then later and let me know which repairs are recommended for the future. They never try to upsell me things I don't actually need and never talk down to me because I'm female. Highly recomend!

My Son-in-law recommended Best West when I needed to get an oil change. I was very impressed with the customer service that I had. When I needed new tires, I didn't hesitate to check with them on tires and prices. They recommended some tires that would work well in snow since I live in a hilly area. I had been a customer at Best West for over 20 years, but I won’t be back! What started out as an $800 clutch repair turned out to be $3600! Waaaay too expensive. In addition my car was left out in the lot and was broken into and lost $1000 worth of speakers ! Reaction was basically too bad so sad!

Diagnostics were quick and there is never any pushy-ness about additional repairs. They repaired my car in a short timeframe and at a reasonable cost. Great customer service every time. I’ve been a customer since 2008-ish and plan to continue having my car serviced there for a long time to come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😊

I always enjoy taking my car in for service at Best West Tire & Service. The front desk staff is always courteous and helpful. While waiting for my car tires to be rotated, I was called to the front desk where I was informed of a few other car issues that needed attention. I was given the option to take care of them at that time or later. I chose to have the issues taken e off at that time. I love having the option! The service department always leaves the inside of my car clean after they are finished. Highly recommend them!

Like most of with a car unexpected car issues come up. Signal lights go out or get a nail in your tire or worst your serpentine belt breaks. The folks at Best West have helped me out with all these issues with a smile on their face. The customer service they provide goes above what has become the "normal I could care less attitude" that exists today for many businesses. Thanx Best West .
