I love going to Best One — they always take great care when servicing my car. They forgot to replace the oil cap after an oil change, but I chalk it up to regular degular human error, and I was able to find the cap in the space between my windshield and hood and pop it back on without issue.

I got new tires on my car. I asked for an alignment too. When I went to pick up my car, they stared that they did an alignment check and the car looked good so one was not needed. Was so thankful they did not do something that was not needed. Every employee I spoke to was professional and kind. If they were unable to help me as soon as I walked in, they acknowledged me and told me they would be with me in a second.

Paul and the guys at Best One once again did an excellent job, and gave me nice coupon discount without me even asking. Glad my daughter discovered them. It's now my first choice for repairs. Well, Paul has retired, no pun intended, but Ron, and Brandon and the rest of the crew continue to provide great service at fair prices. I recommend this shop to my friends.

They are very knowledgeable and treat you fairly and with honesty …I have never had an issue or a time when I didn’t feel they did exactly what was needed without extra charges other places might "say" we’re needed, but really we’re not. Very pleased with the services - they patched a tire on very short notice and were timely/reasonable when I replaced all tires. The waiting room is very clean - not always the case at auto places.

On the recommendation of a friend I took my 27 year old car to this location and I wasn’t disappointed! The nicest folks. Fixed my problems and I left there with my car purring like a kitten! It’s so hard for a woman to find a trustworthy honest mechanic, but they will have my business from now on! Thanks

Ron explained clearly what options I had and suggested the cheaper alternative to make sure I didn’t waste money. He suggested if the check engine comes back on we can do a more thorough inspection. I appreciated the fact that he looked me in the eye while explaining the details and made sure I understood.
