Made an appointment online like most people do, I was up in Pennsylvania driving to Texas, but never got an email. So when I called on Monday to see what time my appointment was the gentleman said that making an appointment online was “useless “ and now I’m told I don’t have an appointment!!! What the HELL good is making the appointment online if you don’t honor it????????!!!!!!!! I’m only in town for 2 days and he said the wait was 10…That’s just not right and you guys need to fix that online appointment making!!! That’s not good service!!!!! We are never going to call this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never!

Called Best one because my semi-truck batteries died, within 15 minutes they were sitting next to my truck and had me hooked up to their jumper and started me right up, very friendly and well priced, if this ever happens again on the road I will look for a Best-One service center first.... Thank you for the A1 service

The Best One Auto Team is awesome. They are honest, knowledgeable, and personable. I've used them exclusively the past 2 years for tires, oil changes and tire rotations, brake changes, trouble shooting engine malfunctions, and most recently shocks/struts/bearings. They went (and continue to go) above and beyond for all of these very different services. I trust them completely and will continue to use them as my primary auto care team moving forward.

These guys are amazing. Squeezed me in during an emergent time with a screw in my back tire, with a pending road trip 1,000 miles from home. They patched my tire in record time, with courteous service and a smile. 100% recommended!!

Jace, Wade and Theresa are great people!! I was traveling I-40 when I got a blown tire. I towed my ‘18 WRX to Best-One and I 100% made the right choice. These people are so kind, professional, honest and saved the day! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile from Jace. He talked to us about my vehicle and explained why my tire blew. He gave us a couple options to choose from and provided pricing ahead of time. He also allowed my puppy to come into the lobby and sit with us while waiting AND gave him dog treats!! Wade made light of our situation and came to speak with us in the lobby. He was humorous, kind and came over to pet our fur baby. He wore a smile on his face and it seemed that he has maintained a great relationship with their loyal customers. Theresa also greeted us with a smile and was very nice to us during our interaction. She also seemed to have a great relationship with another loyal customer, as she was holding their child and talking with them. She also took time to pet our dog and say some kinds words. This business all around seems very family oriented, extremely friendly and treat their customers with respect! Not to mention, the lobby and even the bathroom look amazing! Super clean and organized. They even provide complimentary coffee and water and have vending machines, large TV and air conditioning. So happy with my experience with this business and I am very thankful they were here to help! Can’t wait to get back on the road again.

Natalie has always have taken great care of me and my family. Add Jace and Wade England to the front counter and there isn’t a better sales team in the business. Always fair and honest. My vehicles will always go to Best One for service from tires to major mechanical work. Can’t ask for a better staff.

I blew a tire late Sunday evening, Jace and his crew up at Best One Tire and Auto had my new tires ordered and mounted by Tuesday...but they didn't stop there! Jace also took the time to inform me of the condition of my breaks and had them all completely replaced that day! If you're in need of any vehicle or tire maintenance, these are your guys!

I took my car into Best One Tire as my heater was not working, Billy worked on my car and got my heater working. Best one has been working on my cars since 2001, they are the ones I trust with my cars. They are always honest with you about the repairs you might need and will help you in anyway they can. Very friendly people to work with you. I will recommend Best one to anyone.

My wife and I are full-time RVers and found we had a screw in one of our Super C RV tires when we stayed in Crossville, TN. I called Best One and they'd sent a mobile tech to our RV park in less than an hour! Our tire was removed and patched what seemed like a few minutes. The technician was professional and knew his craft well. And, the best thing, was the price we paid for his service! It was very reasonable! We would highly recommend Best One Tire service!

Purchased a set of tires for my wife's SUV. Wade was very helpful helping me decide which were the best option for her SUV. I then had to have the front brakes done on my Jeep. They did an excellent job of fixing the brakes and didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't need. Will be doing more business with them in the future when I'll need a set of tires for my Jeep.

Was 2 hrs from home traveling west on I-40 when our right rear tire began to lose air. My wife scrambled to find a highly rated tire place and Best-One quickly rose to the top of the list. We were taken in right away upon arrival, and waited in a cool, clean area with coffee and a clean restroom. An inspection of the tire revealed an embedded nail. One hour later, the tire was patched and with a sigh of relief we were on our way for a very reasonable fee! Superb service from beginning to end!
