This is the worst service and treatment I've ever received from a company. The work is not quality. I do not recommend anyone to utilize any services from this business. The owner is unprofessional, rude, hostile and very aggressive. The negative reviews on here are real STAY AWAY!!! You can see the proof for yourself. For future reference you will not get your money back for bad work. Go somewhere else! Spare yourself time and money. They will keep your money and have you coming back several times a week to patch their mistakes.

I took my vehicle in to have a stereo installed and when they pulled it out of the garage, I noticed the instrumental panel (dash board) was not working. They tried to work on it for hours, removing the instrumental panel completely. At the end, they said they would need their mechanic to look at it because they didn't know why it was not working. They also said that the fuses were all working correctly. I was told to contact them back on Saturday when the mechanic was there. I called and first was told that they would call me back to let me know. I never received a call back. I called multiple times, texted, and sent request for a call back. I have yet to received a call back, or accommodated for their poor work. I had to take it and pay someone else to fix it and it turned out to be the wiring was completely wrong, fuses were blown and wires were touching behind the radio. I would unfortunately not recommend because of the customer service or attempt to try and fix the problem.

If you expect an excellent tint job, stay away. I took my new vehicle to them, upon pick up: I noticed creases, wrongful cuts, ample amount of dirt debris, and massive air bubbles in my tint film. I told the tint tech about it and he said what do you expect with aftermarket tint film, I no longer wished to speak with tech. There was also a wrongful cut in my glass molding, they stated that is normal with a tint job, and I opposed. They then offered to glue molding or replace with a junk yard part. I would not recomend this place. Not sure why it has good ratings.

Went in to get a new radio installed, the tech that greeted me was courteous and friendly. Asked if they could install today he said he could in about 30 mins was finshing another job so i went to the store came back and he quickly jumped on my truck. As I waited he offered me water as I waited. Install was quick and install was clean. Price to install was excellent was my first time here but definitely will be coming back. Would recommend 👌

Worst tint ever picked my car up my car had bubbles and scratches. Then man said give it a week to dry up . Took the car back and the man redo the tint 3 times that day and was left worst than the first time . Lesson learned I got for what I paid and very bad quality of tint .

A simple car stereo install turned into a nightmare, paid $100 for an stereo installation, after picking it up the stereo and car died on the freeway and had to pay to get it towed to a mechanic who said the alternator needed to be replaced and did ($320 spent on that) after that the lights on my car would not turn off what so ever (keep in mind I had no issues at all before the stereo install) took it back to Beto's to check all the wiring and re-do the install and right away they said it was nothing with their work and started trying to blame the mechanic that switched the alternator which he didn't mess with any wiring or the stereo at all. I left my vehicle at Betos in good faith that they would fix the wiring problems at no cost and make it right but no. I was told that someone else would be coming to the shop to fix the issue as it looked like it was an alarm issue. After 1 week I was presented with multiple invoices from a key programmer and a towing company and labor for install side footsteps totaling $570 I tried to fight the fact that I was never advised my vehicle would have to be towed from Betos shop to another location, If I would of been told I could have driven my vehicle there or paid my own towing for way more cheaper that $180 for back and forth, the towing receipts show picked up on the 24 of February and dropped back on March 1st but it is strange as I had gone on the 27th of February to check the status of my car and I was told the car was still there but had some parts from the dash removed that needed to be put back, I was never told then or notified by phone or text that it had been towed elsewhere which makes me believe they falsify invoices to make extra cash, I would really like to see proof of the security cameras from their shop showing the tow truck taking my car, regardless of that it is not right that I leave my car for a job to be done at Beto's and they decide to give the job to another shop without telling me and make me responsible for towing charges without asking me first! Very unprofessional, very shady sales tactics, would never recommend in 100 years and I already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so the towing that was added to my invoice was for $180 plus the replacement key for $170 and system programming for $150 totaling an additional $320 for making me a key and fixing the wiring mistake they did. So when I asked the person in charge what the problem was he casually said "it was a wiring issue with something your mechanic did when he replaced the alternator.." Really? The mechanic didn't even touch the stereo or any of the bad wiring they did at Betos, to top it off when we checked the stereo Betos being and Audio shop did not have an antenna adapter for my new stereo so they decided to go with a sheet metal screw wrapped in a piece of wire and inserted in the back of my brand new Sony Stereo...when I told the installer about what we found he didnt even care to apologize or explain why didn't couldn't include a $10 piece that they should have at their stereo shop or they can easily find at autozone a few blocks away...through out it all adding everything up and not including the cost of my new stereo I ended up paying about $980 in towing, repairs and replacement key which I had been quoted by another key place $140 for a New key and programming included, this guy probably made a deal with his key person and decided to charge me more. I would stay away from this place and all I know is that Karma is a b..I don't take them to small claims court because its gonna cost me more money and more of my valuable time than what is worth, they found a way to make an easy buck out of me but let this be a lesson for all those looking to get a stereo installed and to keep away from this shop with their fraudulent sales tactics.

One of the best places where whatever I needed done they came through for me. IF I needed to a ride somewhere while my vehicle was getting worked on they where willing to take me. IF YOU NEED ANY WORK DONE EVEN A GREAT CAR WASH THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO .. Recommend 100%

The guys at Beto's really gave me the best customer service I had in awhile. I got multiple things done to my car and everything was done excellent. Will definitely recommend them to other veterans/soldiers.

Apparently it's a horrible experience some lady who claims to be the owner thinks she is smarter than everyone because she has business degrees 😂😂 some lady ranted on facebook and posted the replies they messed up her tint 4 times and the lady isn't the first to complain about this business that is run by the most intelligent business lady in el paso. Wouldn't recommend this place

Horrible tint job have bubbles on every single window including eyebrow and rear window. All the cuts are crooked not to mention poor customer service when we dropped of vehicle was told 2 hours ended up taking 4 hours. Contacted them back threw Instagram how we first talked and they ignored my messages. Will not recommend going to anyone.

I was 5 hours away and still stayed open for me, I only asked to hook up my subs and they did the tint, found me my 24 inch brand new tire and did an AMAZING job! I recommend these guys 100% and everyone is super nice and friendly feels like family!

We went to get our windows tinted. The guy did a terrible job. When we went back he wasn’t there after he said he was. We went again. Same result. We went again and the girl we talked to gave us bad and rude customer service
