They were supposed to do a diagnostic test on my car. Turns out they left a bunch of screws loose underneath my hood and failed to properly diagnose what was wrong with my car.

I received the most exceptional service this past weekend when I tore the bumper off my moms car while visiting her. I took it over to BHG and was greeted by the owner Pete who basically treated me like family. They fixed the car and I was able to head out on a road trip with my mom a couple days later. It’s great to have friendly , honest and professional help in the neighborhood.

Two very bad experiences here, found out brakes were not installed correctly and they don’t even want to look at them for almost a month. They could care less about their work. Avoid this business!

When our 2011 Cadillac showed a "lane departure" error message on the dash, a prominent dealership in Calumet City gave us the runaround and declined the job. However, Pete at Beverly Hills Garage quickly diagnosed the issue and the repair was completed promptly, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
