We were passing through town and having some overheating issues, so we stopped in and Bobby took amazing care of us. He’s the nicest, honest, knowledgeable, passionate mechanic. He walked us through exactly what was happening, helped us find parts, and had very fair prices. Highly recommend to anyone who needs mechanic work!!

Honest and reliable. I’m from Arizona but my in-laws are out in El Paso and they had issues with their car. They were quoted an astronomical sum from another mechanic and it didn’t seem they were given an explanation as to why. I contemplated about driving out there to get quotes, but then I dialed up B&H. Bobby was so accommodating and we were able to get the car fixed without me having to make the long drive out. They provided me options, kept in communication with me, and they were very affordable. My family out there will not be going anywhere else. 100/10 is my personal rating.

I brought my car in for engine trouble I was having. Bob checked it out and went out of his way and found a recall for my vehicle engine. They helped us with the process to help get the vehicle fixed at the dealership that was responsible and even double-checked the dealerships work since we have had trouble in the past with them. I highly recommend Bob's shop especially for the customer service, transparency and overall professionalism.

Best service I’ve had at an auto repair shop. Came in, they were straight forward and started working right away. Worked quick and got the job done greatly! Definitely coming back whenever I need any maintenance on my vehicles.

Charged me 775 just to remove valve cover and head to find out I had a bad timing belt, I paid it but that's definitely over charging. Vehicle still doesn't run, use this dude at your own risk. Updated 8/18/2023 Look brother, I know it sucks getting a bad review but you scammed me. If you charge 85 per hour for labor then it took you 9 hours to remove said cylinder head and none of the cylinders look like you put any work on them. You never gave me a quote and the 75 dollar charge for your diagnosis was literally what I told you what I did to it. I would understand if you put it back together then it would've taken you 9 hours. I remember telling you if it was a bad seal then stop there, just be honest next time but I won't be doing business with you again. Good luck.

I took my car in for a 60K mile check. I'd not been to B&H before and didn't have a mechanic yet, having moved here from Oregon, but "Bobby" was recommended by a friend. Let me tell you. I am very pleased with the excellent service, good prices, and speedy turn-around getting my car back today. Bobby was very nice, professional, friendly, and the two ladies in the front office were great as well. Thank you for making this a painless experience.

They say 3rd times a charm so I hope he can fix all my vehicles cuz I'd really like to get them fixed. But I am glad my sister in-law found him: he's informative, gives options and the office area has AC/is cooler than most lol 🤣😆
