from the front of the office to the garage staff, i can't tell you enough what a great team works here. They were so nice and leaped to help me with my auto jump when my battery died across the street. Not once did I feel like the off premise location was an imposition or a pain in the but moment for them. I highly recommend this team for any automotive work or tire work.

If you have an uncertain tire issue, I recommend going here to check it out! I was not upsold, although will likely continue to get service with these fine folks in the future. I got a nail removed and tire patched for free in a decent timeframe! Thanks y’all!

BEST IN THE ATX! Krista answered when I called to check pricing, she was warm, professional, and engaged in assisting with my needs. Walked in after my call with her and was immediately greeted by her and her team ready to help! I was so impressed with the professional, authentic care for the customer, and genuine good business practices! Hands down the best tire shop in Austin! Will be sending ALL my family here!

Great customer service! been going here for years. They even helped me out with hurricane damage in Florida! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! Araya was A great help with getting back what I lost in the storm! 5 out of 5 stars here.

i mean if ur in a time crunch, go to a llantera… these guys are slow! over an hour for a tire patch! but the girly working the front desk was rlly sweet & so was the overall work !

Bought a new set of tires, and there were a few hiccups. However, the staff was amazing, and they took care of all of my concerns with no issues. Christa and Araya were the best. The absolute best customer service I have received anywhere in my life. 100% will recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

(2024 update) Still blown away by the service and staff here. Great attention to detail & ethical billing practices. Still haven't experienced better in terms of pricing, service advisors, and technicians doing their jobs. -- (below was posted in 2022) The guys here are super nice and have always helped me out. I have a E46 M3 and they got me set with a set of tires and helped figure out the pressures after. Super friendly and helped with a warranty claim 2 years after I bought these tires. Really appreciate them and will be coming back for my regular tire needs. Thanks y’all 😊

Highly recommend this shop! I was on the road and had gone to another tire shop who told me that they would need several hours to fix my tire. Tires to You got me right in and found that the issue was a quick fix. They aired my tire up, didn’t charge me, and I was back on the road. Can’t thank them enough!

NO HABLAN ESPAÑOL Was there for 2hrs asked for an alignment and the guy (chris) took off for lunch without saying anything. My car was just parked there forgotten while I was there. Had to ask for my keys and leave. Avoid if you have things to do. Meineke down the road is cheaper and they’re servicing my car as I’m writing this review.

Scheduling an appointment is absolutely pointless when the service provider accepts walk-ins. I made my appointment the previous day, called in the morning of to verify to find out they moved my appointment 15 minutes ahead of what I scheduled. I then drove all the way from Georgetown to the north Lamar location to find out that there are 4 people in front of me. Before someone from Tires to you responds with a generic apology, instead why don't you tell me why you even offer appointments at all? To lure customers in with a "scheduled appointment" just to have them wait for hours shows that your establishment has blaintant and complete disregard for them and what their day may entail.

We were in a situation where I was 7 hours away from home in Austin TX. The vehicle showed low tire warning. We called around to find a tire repair shop. The first place I called wanted to charge me $50. So we called Tires to you and was told that if the tire was repairable that they would repair it for free. I couldn't believe it. I had never heard such a thing. I went over and the staff of young ladies were very nice and very knowledgeable about tires and tire repair. They found 2 nails in the tire and some wire showing. It was deemed unrepairable, but the did mount my spare tire on the vehicle and they didn't charge me a thing. I would definitely do business with them if I'm ever in the area again. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
