Customer service was HORRIBLE! I made an appointment online for an oil change on Friday Nov. 15 at 1:00 and I got there just a few minutes before 1:00. When I arrived there were two male employees behind the counter one of them was on the phone and the other one was looking at the computer. There was one lady in front of me standing at the counter and no one greeted us when we walked in or even looked up at us. We stood there for a few minutes and then a female employee came from the back and got a Gatorade sat it on the counter then went into the bathroom came out and stood behind the counter again not acknowledging the two of us standing there so I said “excuse me is there anyone here that is checking customers in”, she looked up and said I’m still on my lunch and the other employee on the phone said I will but I’m busy right now. So I replied “well it just would have been nice for someone to tell us I’m sorry we are super busy but we will be with you as soon as we can” and they just ignored me so I walked out and will never return to this location. I have been here several times before and never was treated so rudely and made to feel like I was being a burden by taking my car in even though I had an appointment. So I went to the location on 21st street and they greeted me when I walked in and were very nice and accommodating.

It was easy to make an appointment online for my trailer tires and the worker helped me unload them out of my truck and took care of the rest. It only took no more than 2 hours.

I had all 4 tires replaced on my wife's car Mona helped me at the front desk, She is knowledgeable and professional. The Technician said it needed and recommended an alignment. After these repairs the vehicle feels good when driving again. I do recommend Big Brand Tires.

I highly recommend Big Brand tire on Rosedale.All the staff are extremely polite friendly and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable and the service is first class. The waiting area is spacious very clean and well set out the reception area is very organized and the staff are friendly very professional. This is a amazing business where once you have been once for tires or a car service you return and recommend to friends and family with confidence. Established honest and highly recommended business. Brilliant service. I want to give extra thanks to Mona who helped me out and was very kind, respectable and very professional and Pete for great work on my vehicle. It feels absolutely amazing to know that my vehicle was well taken care of and in good hands.

I came in and had an appointment I've been sitting here for over 1 hr and they still haven't even touched my car yet I just need 2 tires why is it that I make an appointment and still have to wait several hours for 2 tires bad time management very disappointed might have to start getting tires somewhere else because I am a busy person I simply don't have time for this after today I don't even care if my tires are under warranty I will be spending my money elsewhere this is the last time I do business with big brand very disappointed in the lack of management here 3 hrs later for 2 tires and they can't even put in the correct tired pressure they were all 5psi lower than the factory recommended these guy suck spend your money else where

Girlfriend came home with a flat tire. Had to put the donut on and drive to big brand tire. They helped me it need a plug. Free of charge took less than 15 min from walking in and driving away happy. Thank you for the customer service and hospitality. Customer for life!

Been taking our car to big brand for the last 3to 4 years and the service is always good professional prices are great and services is great. This morning woke up low tire drove over to the shop. Had them rotate the tires discovered brakes were low change brakes change the oil and once again service great Adrian the service writer amazing. Very very good service..
