I called to make an appointment for a screw in my tire that was causing an air leak. They got me in right away and fixed it while I waited. Then they told me there was no charge , they fix flats for free. I felt bad that I did not have any cash to leave a tip. They just made a repeat customer.

Jaxon was able to squeeze me in on the weekend when everybody else was booked out for days. I think I just got lucky with a cancellation but still was able to get in. Waiting room is clean and pleasant . They’re very well organized and on top of their game.

Fantastic Experience with a new set of tires and alignment. Their employees go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Would like to personally thank Jaxon for his hard work, patience, and amazing customer service. Due to high traffic, they stayed an hour beyond normal business hours to ensure my truck was completed on a Monday night. Kudos to the great team on Evans who keep the business moving. looking forward to doing business in the future!

I’m a regular customer but they always surprise and delight…I asked them to examine a noise that sounded like a broken exhaust, it was just a loose air filter cover and in 1.5 hours I was back on the road. And they refused to take my money when others would gladly charge book rate. You can trust these folks

I will definitely go back to big Brand tires on Evans. I really want to thank Michael the manager for working with me and giving me the most outstanding service I have received at a tire shop. Thank you To the technicians as well for doing a great job. Michael went above and beyond to make sure that They had a satisfied customer and a returning customer. If it weren’t for Michael I wouldn’t have returned. And also the frank who I made the appointment online with. He was great! Thank you guys!!

The people were super friendly and willing to explain what I didn't understand. When I told them about the price difference Ifrom what I was told over the phone, they immediately checked to see what was different instead of the typical "oh well you must have misheard" that I have gotten at car shops. Because the service took longer than predicted, they helped me with another need of my car at no cost. I am so grateful to this team and they were fun to chat with while waiting too😊

Great service. I was having a long rough day at work in construction and it ended with me finding a screw in my tire after clocking out. Big Brand managed to fit me in and patched my tire for free. Will definitely come back when its time for new tires.

Makes sense why they have so many great reviews. Realized I had a screw in my tire leaving work and they squeezed me in right before closing and patched it up at no cost. Adrian was filling in from out of town and really set an exceptional example for the shop. Michael & Jackson at the front were also very helpful and you can tell they all have a great work ethic. Will always come here in the future!

FANTASTIC customer service. A nail got in my tire and cut the side wall. Because I have a Tire Warranty I got that tire replaced free of charge. I went to the store without a reservation and they helped me. I overheard the Manager, Cesar explain to a customer what needed to be done with their brakes. Cesar had empathy and gave the customer a variety of options. Clean lobby and bathroom. Comfortable sofa type chairs, cold bottled water. Great mechanics. Give this business an opportunity, they won’t disappoint you!!!

One of the best places you will ever go to get a tire service! Walked in with absolutely no appointment but they fixed my flat tire within an hour and the half. Marcus was excellent 👌

So many things went wrong. But Michael was always helpful, willing to go above and beyond. I would definitely fire your tech who goes by ZO100. It took my friend less than ten minutes to figure out that the engine oil reservoir was very low, as was the coolant. Tech ZO100 marked my engine oil level as “green”, or “no work required.” He also checked off “no work required” for the cooling system and fluid levels. Oh, and the back windshield wiper IS torn…yet again the tech marked it as “no work required.” Additionally, I would have a sit-down coaching with the salesperson “JL231” (possibly “Travis”?) who marked my car service as “Not Urgent” without telling me, and I definitely was not okay with that. He said his “expert tech” could look at it on Sunday, or if he didn’t come in on Sunday, it might take until Monday. I said that’s fine, expecting that they would look at my car as soon as the tech came in, not push me to the back of the line as “Not Urgent.” Thankfully, Michael was gracious and gave me a full refund for the diagnostic, since the car is still slowing down of its accord, stuttering, so to speak, getting sluggish, I guess you could say. My friend is going to put a quart of OW-20 in my car tomorrow as well as coolant. Hopefully this will fix the problem. Another friend, who owns the Subaru Impreza WRX, suggested there might be gunk on the carbeurator. (My car is a 2013 Subaru Impreza Limited.) 0/10 Would not recommend

Update: 10/10/2024. Yesterday, we received a phone call from this location and were informed that they would refund the overcharge. We should have only been charged for the “Vehicle Alignment—Standard” at $129.99. We were offered a coupon for $25.00 off the alignment when they overcharged us for the technician's mistake. We were not greeted or spoken to at all when we walked into the shop as we stood and waited. We could tell the employees were upset that they had to refund the overcharge. To be frank, they were disrespectful. We were directed to insert our card so they could refund $129.71. We had to insert our card repeatedly as they were having issues. First off, the amount they were returning was to make sure we were only charged for the alignment. They held our vehicle for four days, so when they overcharged us, they gave us $25.00 off the alignment. Now that they had to return the overcharged money, they took back the $25.00 coupon for the alignment. The malice in this decision proves they were not happy. Second, we have a big issue with the overcharge return. We were at this location to have a return processed. So, there is no reason for a charge for the same amount. I have uploaded the redacted documents to this post for the world to see. This location is a disgrace to have the good name of Big Brand Tire & Service. The Tech RK129 lied about the cam bolt they broke. Salesperson TG190 knowingly added the additional charges that should have never been the customer's responsibility. Finally, Tech LH123 made it seem like they were helping us by cutting the overcharge amount in half and adding the $25.00 off a wheel alignment coupon. With the totality of everything that has taken place, Big Brand Tires & Service should process a full refund, and for the company's betterment, the two techs and salesperson should be terminated with cause. The way they take a charge should be their responsibility, and they put it on a customer by cutting the price in half and adding a coupon. Most customers would think this is excellent customer service because they don’t know when a tech breaks something on a customer’s vehicle; it is the shop’s responsibility to correct that mistake, not the customer’s. I have to ask how many other customers this team of crooks has taken for all they have. Terminate RK129, LH123, and TG190.
