Fantastic service! Replaced my flat tire for just under $100 ... and they topped off the air in my three good tires and in my spare tire at the same time they were putting the new tire on my vehicle. I’ll definitely be back for oil changes and any other minor issues I have with my vehicle! Another great experience … patched a hole in one tire, replaced two other worn out tires and corrected both my front and rear alignment for under $350. All in under two hours. Exceptional!

Joe talked to me like my head screwed on and off, and he’s a manager… customer service training is desperately needed. never again. Lied to me, and said they submitted a claim to silver rock, and that silver rock wouldn’t cover it, but they could redo my brakes for $800 front and back, while admiting the wrong brake pads were just used and nothing was wrong with them besides that. Silver rock said they never submitted a claim at all, because even if it was denied it would be recorded as denied…. When I brought this up as well as the unprofessionalism I was told “at least I can sleep at night knowing my brakes don’t squeak” … classy and very managerial 😂

Put my car on the rack, wanted to pay for a nut bolt check, and alignment. I was told they where a little busy, so they would check to see if it really needed a alignment. I was told there was no issues with my suspension. 10 minutes after leaving there shop, my tie rod came lose. After checking everything at a different shop. There where missing bolts, 5 different suspension parts where no right. When I tried to get help, i was told It was my fault for bringing it in risking my safety and others.

Nothing but great help from both Kenan & Brandon. While I was waiting for my routine oil change, these gentleman were very helpful in answering alll the questions I had about my vehicle and tips on proper care. They also tested my alternator and charging system for free - they confirmed that my alternator is “normal” and “fine”. I’ve requested such test due to Autozone telling me that my alternator was bad and failed there alternator test 2 weeks prior. To summarize, Big Brand (Decatur) will now be my go-to car care spot ! 10/10, I would recommend !

I had radiator coolant leaking from my Audi 3 years ago. Thankfully, the dealership was overbooked, so I was referred to Christensen Automotive. They worked on Foreign and European cars. They identified the leak as coming from the back-up water pump. They ordered all of the replacement parts and the job was done in four hours. Great Job guys! Thank You Joe and Brandon! You're the best! That's the one on S. Decatur! Happy with the quality of the repair and the customer service! UPDATE : 03/2024 - They have been under a new name, Big Brand Tire & Service, but Joe is still the manager and he and his crew continue to give the Best and Most Honest services that I have seen in years!!! In addition to the Water Pump that Brandon replaced on my initial visit, I've had a new Battery installed last year and Twice I've had nails in my tire from all the never-ending roadwork, once on Decatur Blvd and once from that deep ditch on Tenaya Way at Viking Road, brought my car in and of course the guys took care of me!! The Quality of their work has stood the test of time!! Thanks again guys!!!
