I came in to do my tire rotation. I had an appointment. The person that works there told me that I had to wait awhile because they had walk-ins and that they have to do the walk-ins first because I’m only doing a tire rotation. I told the guy what’s the point of making an appointment? All he could say was “that’s a good point.” Thanks for the time wasted.

Ended up needing a good amount of work done with my car and tires and called early Monday morning to see if anyone would be able to help. Guy on the phone from the call center was helpful, set up my appointment, then I had the pleasure of meeting Thor at the shop. I don’t normally trust ANYone working on my car and always stay on my toes to make sure I don’t get ripped off. Thor was straight up, honest, transparent, and I couldn’t recommend this place more. When people are good at what they do, and carry them selves professionally it shows. I got 4 new tires, an alignment, advice on other services, quotes and pricing all explained and all with options. I’ll be back because of Thor as a manager AND Julian as the technician. Car drove home nicer than it has in a long time..Really appreciate you guys and I’ll be back because of you! -Aaron

I bought this new car and got a flat tire within 2 weeks and called these guys. They checked out the tire and decided they will be able to fix it for free. I was so relieved they didn’t take advantage of me because I’m a woman and force me to buy a new tire for $300+ Great service. So thankful that they’re very helpful!!

My friend bought a brand new car and within 2 weeks she got a flat, something punctured the tire. I put on the spare. The guys checked out the tire and patched it for free and did not try to take advantage of her. Great people 👏

I had a screw on the edge of one of my tires that could not be repaired, we needed to replace it. We called and spoke to Mike, he gave a few options, a great price and had it done in a couple of hours. Mike and his crew assisting us were very professional, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them and trust in there service. I can tell Mike and his crew strive too deliver excellent service. Thank you Mike & crew 👍

Went there cause they was the closest cause my tire busted on the freeway this man told me if I didn't buy 4 tires he can't help me that's his license like seriously where we do that at but ok sent me away with a flat tire never go there they are awful rude an unnecessary I wouldn't go there ever again

Big Brand tires was a life saver. I was leaving Las Vegas to go back home to San Diego when I discovered I had a flat tire. Somehow I was able to drive the car to this shop. Turns out my tire had a large splinter embedded and was causing the tire to lose air. Thanks to Big Brand Tire shop, I got my flat repaired for free and in a decent amount of time even though they were busy. Glad they were opened on a Sunday too.

Please don’t go to this tire store I took my car for 4 new tires on 6/22/24 with the cost of $750 when they were done my low tire sensor system was not working the light was on from the first minute I picked up my car told the guy he said to bring it back cause it was closing time, went back a few times they were always busy finally on 7/7/24 they checked my car and told me one of the sensors was damaged, told the lady at front desk that it was working fine before they worked on it,I have my car for over 2 years and I had a couple of flat tires and the system alert me of the problem that the tire was going low she mentioned That I or someone changed one of the sensors which I reply I have no idea what she was talking about and then she said that I have to pay over $100 to fix it and I told her that I was not happy with the answer and asked her for the phone number of their corporate office and she said she didn’t know it cause they never called corporate and told me with a little smile to go find it my self on goggle that isn’t way to talk to a customer. I called corporate so far nobody has responded or called me back, found other review were they did the same to a girl’s car and she told them that system was fine before they worked on her car ,and charged her $70 to fix . They don’t want to fix their own mistakes, so my recommendation to all of you is stay away from Big Brand tire not a good tire shop with bad customer service . Now I have reached out to corporate and they don't return my calls this real bad service for a big company will never go back there and I won't let my family and friends go there

The tire price was great, service was great. The people were nice. The only problem was that when I came in. My tire pressure system was working and monitoring my tire pressures accurately. While they were changing my tire they said my sensor was all broken up and they don't know how it was working, and it needed to be changed. ($70.00) Ok, I said. They changed it, and now the tire light is on. They say bring it back that it has to be re-taught? Ok. I bring it back and now they have to change another sensor to re-teach it. Idk, all I know is I just wanted new tires and my sensors all worked before coming here. And now I spent 800 for tires and another 200.00 for the sensors. Is it normal to have to get new sensors when getting new tires? Idk.
