This shop should be five stars. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic and front desk Yadira she was super good customer service. She sold me out right then and there the mechanic did his job on time. He was super helpful. I don’t know how to appreciate this company. They definitely deserve a raise.

Tried to get leaky tire fixed but was told it was not repairable. Tried to sell me a new tire. Went to a different shop and they were able to repair the leak in 5 minutes. Feels like "free flat repair" is just a gimmick to get people in the door, and then upsell them tires that aren't needed. Obviously.

Great experience service was great they even found me a better deal on my tires ordered them and rescheduled my appointment they were courteous and professional I even saved money on the tires and didn't need any other services they were honest about what I needed for my car a rare quality to find

These guys are absolutely awesome! In on a business trip from out of town, to wake up to find a nail in the tire. Brand new tire permanently ruined 🥴these guys got me a matching tire within 6 hours and were very professional, I would recommend them to anyone. My tire they got me was actually less expensive than the place where I got the whole set 3000 miles ago. Thank you.

I don’t understand these great reviews. I decided to give this place another shot because they apologized for the initial visit and have good Google ratings. When I arrived, on both occasions, they told me they didn’t get in the tire I ordered with a rep over the phone but they have one that is $70+ more. Twice they pulled what seemed to be a bait and switch. Needless to say, I do not recommmend. There’s a tire shop next door I would do a price comparison before you buy at Big Brand Tire. The tire shop directly next door sold me a new tire for $70 cheaper than they quoted me.

1000 stars for Mike and his crew. I didn't even bring my card because I wasn't expecting new tires Mike had a crew member even drive me home to get the card 5 stars is honestly not enough. But I'm sure Mike and his crew have many more coming in their future

Had radiator replaced. Fan shroud had a piece broken. Drove it home and noticed transmission shifting hard. They forgot to replace the 2 quarts of a/t fluid from the removed radiator. Could have ruined the transmission.

On a road trip from California and had a flat, went to Big Brand and they hooked it up!!! Fixed my tire quickly and it was on the house!!! These guys are amazing!! Thanks for making this less stressful!!

Absolutely recommend this place. Mike is very professional, he meant every word he said and it was done as fast as they could. He treats you as he would his wife, mother or sister. The mechanics listen, and figure it out. I absolutely appreciate this business and will be taking my car back for everything they can fix. Great team and great service.

Got a flat tire on our way home from Vegas. On Memorial Day weekend!! Went to Big Brand on south Decatur and was helped by Joe. HE WAS SO HELPFUL! He found us a replacement tire at another Big. Rand because we have a Tesla. He sent us to Mike and secured us a tire at the location on Desert Inn Road and Mike had us on the road in no time flat. So grateful!
