Giving it 3 stars, only because the tires were a good deal other than that, I would give them a 2. I had an 8am appt and no one was there when I walked in. A few mins later some guy walks in and says Good Morning. He looked like he had a rough nite. Overall the visit was just lacking customer service experience compared to other auto shops in the area. Would I go there again? Most likely not.

Getting work on my car is not my favorite thing to do, but at Big Brand Tire & Service the staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean, the service time was excellent and the price was right. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Tahnks.

I had a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service on W Washington. Chris was at the front desk when I came in and and helped me all he could so he referred me to his manager Kathryn. She was very helpful, kind and gave me great customer service. She helped me get to the bottom of things with my car and I would recommend Big Brand Tires and Service to anyone. Thank you.

I moved to Vegas a year ago. I've done my oil change service on different locations every time. Big Brand(Katherine & Guys) where very friendly and communicative. I like the atmosphere and positive vibes. Great business management!!

I recently had positive experience at Big Brand Tire and Service. The great customer service began on the phone. This business was my sixth call as I was reviewing my options and doing my research. Katherine was so professional and attentive. She communicated my options with clarity and trustworthiness. She was really efficient and worked with my schedule and timeline. I had the ideal experience at this shop. I felt empowered, informed and respected. As a women at an auto shop you often feel mislead. You can be overcharged because you might not be as familiar with the car vernacular and nuances of the services. Its really easy to be taken advantage of if you don't know all your options. Katherine and Thor were amazing, they took the time to walk me through my options. They also educated me on how to optimize my car. They offered a number of complimentary services as well. Trustworthy, respectful service goes a long way in building repeat business and creating loyal customers. We have a lot of choices and I would definitely recommend this business for car services. Katherine and Thor offered excellent service, education and very fair pricing.
