In short notice was helped out by this employee name Isma, Hands down took his time to look at my tire & was able to squeeze me in & found a solution for the mean time & send me on my way for that I am very grateful free change of tire with a little bit of knowledge to know about my problem and my options.! Again much appreciate it.!!

My husband had a flat tire on our Corolla. It was Monday, September 2, 2024, Labor Day. I needed the car the next day, so he went looking for a shop that was open. After driving by several closed shops, my husband found the Big Brand Los Angeles / Culver City store open for business. He entered the office and spoke to Ismael and Shane. Within 20 minutes (or less) the tire was repaired, and my husband was ready to check out. The biggest surprise of all that day was that the flat tire service was free! Ismael recommended that he consider replacing two of the tires--but my husband was not pressured to buy. My husband recommends that you check out Big Brand for your self.

These guys are the best! Whenever me or my family need new tires or somewhere to repair them, i recommend this business. They also do alignments and oil changes. They are efficient and professional. Their prices are competitive as well.

I have been here a few times. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They fix “flats” for free or in my case remove screw & nails aNd plug them for free. I went in for aN unknown problem that my car dealer was able to diagnose and they figured it out without difficulty. I would definitely rather to others and i will be back when i need help.

I was able to get my tire puncture fixed and my car picked up within just a few hours and at no cost. Staff were helpful. Highly recommend!

Super fair price to get a broken valve sensor and stem replaced. They recalibrated my sensor and filled up all the tires and I was on my way!

I went to change two tires when I picked up the car they rotated the tries from the back to the front. I realized when I was putting in gas to my car they stole one of my tires that was in good condition. So they stole my tire. Its a shame that this place is open to steal from its coustermers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE please don't ever go there!

Starting a road trip to SD and noticed we had a huge nail in the tire. Stopped in and didn’t even know they do free flat repairs. Manager Joe came out to help me. Got me out of there in 30 min. Great service and they check a lot of stuff for free - brakes and alignment ….. list goes on. Coming back. Little out of my way but worth it. In Washington near the dmv. Thanks joe.
