The manager Daisy was very pleasant and professional. She was very knowledgeable of the items around the shop and helped me decide on air sensors to accommodate the new rims I put on. The service technicians also took they’re time and done the job right. Would most definitely recommend this location to others for future and present tire, and alignment issues or checks.

Came here because the BB on Pico was a pretty tough experience for me. However, when reviewing my car - he was able to show me items other mechanics deemed as “problems” and found quick solutions and the highest customer service. Definitely coming back, but only coming back to give my money to Jesse.

I had a fantastic experience at Big Brand Tire and Service when I went in for an oil change. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the entire process quick and hassle-free. Thank you, Daisy and the Crew at Big Brand Tire, Y’all definitely came through for me. When my vehicle was in desperate need of new tires and new rims. They definitely fix my car up. Not only do they install tires and rims they also adjusted some other parts that needed fixing underneath the chassis and now she’s running smoothly.

Excellent place with great service! Stopped by yesterday when I found a screw in my tire. Got an appointment for next day during this busy holiday time. They finished quickly and no charge for the repair. Staff is friendly, honest and very helpful!

Well just to stick to the meat of my situation I went in originally for coolant leakage. Come to find out the radiator needed to be replaced along with a pipe. Picked up my car 5 days later. 2 Days later coolant exploded all underneath my hood from the main piping that connects to the engine. Took my car back to the shop come to find out another connecting hose needed to be replaced. 5 days later picked up my car and I was just so distressed and just ready to collect my vehicle and leave but I noticed that my car was not starting immediately like there's a starter problem. In conclusion I have a electrical problem taking car to the dealer. Daisy and her team go above and beyond to fix what is in their control. Management reached out to help and further assist. I appreciate them all!
