Well just to stick to the meat of my situation I went in originally for coolant leakage. Come to find out the radiator needed to be replaced along with a pipe. Picked up my car 5 days later. 2 Days later cooling exploded all underneath my hood from the main piping that connects to the engine. Took my car back to the shop come to find out another connecting hose needed to be replaced. 5 days later picked up my car and I was just so distressed and just ready to collect my vehicle and leave this place I noticed that my car was not starting immediately like there's a starter problem well clearly if coolant exploded all under your hood you already know some type of damage is going to occur either to the electrical wiring whatever I'm thinking it's the starter I'm having problems with my car starting up I have to crank it up like Barney and rubble. Will not be taking my car back to this shop whatsoever. After my car was serviced the second time in coolant gushing all over underneath my hood I have pictures and I have video footage unable to post it. My car was parked right in front of the shop nobody never asked if I was okay what's going on let me take a look or anything. I was lied to when picking up my car that it was starting and everything was fine but clearly it wasn't it took me and my husband about 5 minutes just for the car to crank up and run so we can drive off the lot. I was also lied to about my warranty originally declined my claim for service call them up the following day to advise them that I have further damage and crude by this shop which I know they will deny come to find out the claim was never denied there was no history of them denying the service or anything to be covered. The whole time during communication I was fed a pack of lies and excuses instead of them coming out and just saying you know what we can't handle this type of situation I think you need to take your car to the dealership. Always follow your first mind the minute the lady yelled that they don't fix on gaskets I started to take my car put it back on the tow and have them tow it to the dealership I went in for one thing now it's something else going on with my vehicle and I never had a problem other than the coolant leakage.

I highly recommend their honesty, speed, prices, and service. My brakes were squeaking and tire was leaking. Big Brand made it easy to make an appointment online. Daisy at the front desk listened to my input and inspected my vehicle with me. Within an hour she called with the results of the inspection, suggested service, and prices for parts and labor. She answered all my questions and gave honest suggestions without pressure or upselling. Once my Subaru was done, I received the itemized invoice via text that matched exactly what was discussed. Their honesty and quick service has earned my return business.

I just finished picking my Infiniti up from the Westchester Big Brand location and I am very happy with the overall experience. I got written up right away, and the amount I was quoted over the phone for an alignment was the same amount I paid at the shop. Both Jesse and Daisy were efficient and courteous and my car was ready right on time -- a little earlier than I would have expected, actually -- and it now tracks nice and straight.

They took my car for a tire replacement without first confirming that the required tire was in stock. As a result, I wasted my time, as the tire turned out to be unavailable. They only informed me about it 40 minutes later via phone. Additionally, their website's information on tire availability was misleading.

Asked questions about my tires. Satisfied with answers. Glad to know they offer FREE Flat repairs, didn't need the tire repair, but nice to know, book appts online for day of ifbyou do need tire repaired. Very good location for me. In the heart of downtown Westchester. Thx Jessie.

Super awesome service! We are from the area and we had a rental car that ended up with a flat tire, Big brand Tire was able to patch the tire and they did it for free! Very nice people!

The dude doing workorders said they were short staffed when I got to my appointment, but despite that my tire rotation was done in a reasonable timeframe. Yeah, I'll be back here for future work as needed.
