I had a flat tire & the spare was too under inflated to use. I brought them over to Big Brand Tires on a Sunday. The desk attendant was cordial & polite. In under an hour, they fixed the flat, aired up both tires & I was on my way. Total cost = $0.00. I will keep them in mind the next time I need tires.

Fast , professional and kind- I was in a bind with a flat and they took good care of me - I changed all 4 tires, straighten out my alignment and replaced a headlight . Thanks you for such great service !

I cannot recommend this place enough. The team at Big Brand tires helped me out twice in the last month. The first time I brought in my car to get my tire patched, they didn’t even charge me. Today, I brought my car in because my low beam was out. Even though they don’t typically keep bulbs in stock, they were able to help me out. They are so kind and human here. 10/10

This place has the most unbelievable customer service. Once you buy tires from them, they take care of you! My husband and I have both gotten flats, driving over nails, and they quickly repair the tires, put them back on, put the spares back on, all for no charge! And they are so nice and conscientious. This is the only place I will go for new tires.

Big Brand was great. I had a screw in my tire. They patched it up for no charge. Meanwhile I went to Just Tires down the road and they said I needed a new tire at a cost of more than $300. Big Brands is the best.

I made an appointment to get new tires on my Jeep for the next day at noon. I showed up and the tires were there and they did a great job installing the tires. Plus it was Black Friday and I got a great deal with the installation and alignment. I am completely satisfied with the guys at Big Brand on Highland and Fountian Ave in Hollywood. Noe and all the guys were great I would highly recommend.

No high pressure sales. Told me that I needed an alignment but since it was slightly off, there was no urgency to get it done right away. Also free tire rotation!

I got my tire patched . I was not sure if it was fixable but they were honest and patched it. I was surprised that it was free of charge. I could not drive off with out feeling some kind of guilt so I tipped the worker 20.
