I had work done on my vehicle and wanted someone to check it out. The staff at Big Brand tires were professional and went above and beyond. They checked out my vehicle to make sure it was safe to drive. I will definitely come back here for any work I need done.

Great service from everyone here. Thought we had a big issue with my jeep shaking badly at higher speeds. It turned out to be a tire splitting and they put my spare on and tested it out, no more shaking! Better yet, no cost out of pocket. Will definitely come here for future auto repair needs and tires, because it’s hard to find a trustworthy shop. Thanks!

I needed tires for an older car of mine. I shopped around and Big Brand was able to beat everybody else on price. We'll see how well the tires hold up. The staff there was very nice and friendly and I would recommend them.

Very thankful to Ronald and Michael who stayed late to replace my tire that had a hole in the sidewall. Ronald went above and beyond to send someone to pick up the replacement tire and bring it back even though it was 4:30 and they closed at 5. Fantastic service and I cannot thank you enough.

Was immediately greeted by Kayley today. I got my Cooper ProControls balanced and rotated today, prompt service, respectful of my time. Be sure to buy the road hazard warranty. I-17 is brutal. I’ve had to use it twice. They’re also open on Sunday.

Came in for new tires and alignment. The tires I wanted weren't in store but got them ordered quickly to arrive the same day. Unfortunately, the delivery truck came too late. They were apologetic and scheduled me in for the next day. When I came back in the next day, I was told their alignment rack was not working. I had gotten tires with their buy 2 get 2 free deal with the payment of installation, certificate, and alignment. They honored the deal and removed the alignment cost and recommended another shop with a working alignment rack. The total wait time to put on the new tires once I handed over the keys was 1 hr 45 min. Bonus -- they had a kids table with coloring pages and crayons with a shelf of toys for my girls to use and play with. Overall, very pleased with how everything went and with the new tires there was a noticeable difference while driving.

Ron, who is the manager stepped up to the bat and took good care of me as did his crew when I brought a new rims to have my tires swapped over too. It became a small issue on the day I came in because the part, valve stem I needed it for one of the rims was special order. Ron got right on it. Found a parts dealer that had what I needed, got it ordered and next thing you know bingo I came in and they took care of it. Great crew you have up there in anthem Arizona. Couldn't ask for more.

I am happy to find a place nearby for wheel alignment. The front desk staff is friendly and told me exactly what should be done. The service time is fast. I definitely come for the service again.

I used to bring all my work trucks and trailers to Discount Tire, but they have gone downhill so much in the last five years and the weight is ridiculous sometimes three hours. I would highly recommend big brand tires and service. You’re in your out just as good warranties on tires as discount, I highly recommend them! Thanks for the good hard-working team at big Brand!

Mike and his crew did a thorough assessment of my tire damage and alignment issue from my mishap. They also noted I had almost no coolant in my radiator. Thanks to the team, I can be confident I can be safe on the road in this Arizona summer heat!

Mike and his whole team at Big Brand Tires Anthem were wonderful. From the moment we stepped into the shop we were greeted with kindness. They were attentive to detail and maintained communication through a long process due to a warranty company delays. They took care of our car and explained things in detail. This is an amazing place fit to care for any issue with your car. I am a helpless old lady when it comes to car care. The employees were supportive, understanding and very knowledgable!! I felt very confident in the suggestions made by the employees. Ronald is awesome at the desk!!

I had an emergency in town, being hours away from home, and on a Sunday afternoon. I wasn't far from their shop and they were able to pick me up, and replace my tire before I spent the night in a parking lot. The most excellent customer service and thank you kindly!

I had been bringing my vehicle here for years but stopped due to horrible customer service and wait times. I decided to give it another chance and I’m super glad I did! Mike helped me today, my oil change was done in 30 minutes which is the fastest I’ve ever experienced, he provided me a discount for it and his customer service was excellent! I will be back! Some weirdness happened to my wife and I here, so we don’t go here anymore. Don’t trust them. Was 5 stars for my 1st experience below. Had around 5-6 experiences thereafter. Pretty sad too because it seemed like such a good place at first. Found a screw in my tire that lasted a week till I saw it! Made an appointment the night I found out, went in 1st thing the following morning, and they patched it up for free! Only one tech too but they were on it! Still running strong! Thanks guys!! 👍👍
