Had a blow out on I-17 had to get a tire went in and Jose helped us. We explained it was an emergency and he went out of his way to take care of us and get us back on the road. Don’t find customer service like this anymore!

been coming same location for 15 years. Used to be C&R. they quoted me one price over the phone for a battery out the door. I get here after getting it charged up and they charged extra hundred dollars for labor. They said oh it's a different car the batteries harder to get to. They know my car it's been here forever. They have the battery ordered for that car. They should've known. So disappointing sodisappointed. 15 years of loyalty down the tube

1st visit: Super friendly, professional, and timely. Nick and Brian went above and beyond. First time using them and will be back for any future needs. 2nd visit: I stopped in without an appointment for a screw that was in my tire. These guys got me in and out in less than 20 minutes and with no charge at all. Truly appreciate their service mentality and their employee's friendly and welcoming attitudes never go unnoticed.

I took our work vehicle in because I realized there was a nail in my tire. They were able to patch my tire, rotate them and check my alignment all for free. The customer service I received was great! I’m definitely going back when I need my tires replaced. Thank you again for the wonderful experience 😊

V poor diagnosis. Went there twice waited 2 hours each time for tire pressure loss. Found out Passenger side tire had screw on the tire side wall, diagnosed by dealership eventually. Absolutely disappointed.

I’ve been coming to the shop Big Brand tires purchased for 20 years. I continue to use them. Let’s face it, a mechanic can tell you whatever he wants and you have to trust him unless your under the hood with him. Several times I’ve brought my car in for service and they charged me $0. Pete the manager is great and the mechanics are top notch. It’s there honesty and workmanship that will always bring me back. Best shop I’ve ever used! Thanks guys!!! Kevin G

The owner of my regular vehicle service shop for at least 20 years, retired. So I tried out Big Brand Tires and Service for an oil change on my super duty one ton. The lovely woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, scheduled my service for the same day which was crucial because I’m going on an interstate trip tomorrow. My service manager Pete was also super amazing and was finished with the service in less time than was expected. Great experience and shall be back with additional vehicles I own personally and for my business. Thank you all well done!! John Bowen

I originally accidentally went here after leaving Discount Tire thinking it was Big ‘O Tires, where I have bought tires in the past. I just recently special ordered brand new 22x10.5 5zx120 25mm offset Verde Axis V99 satin black wheels with Lexani online tires that came with TPMS sensors installed and tires mounted and balanced, but I needed them put on the car. Stopped in here, spoke with the manager Pete, who is awesome and the nicest guy, and he informed me it would be just like rotating tires, so they would do it for free. Now, Discount Tire, at which I have bought numerous sets of wheels and pretty much all my tires since I was 16, wanted $25-32 per wheel to put on my RR Sport. Not only did Pete and Big Brand do the install for free, they got me in and out on a late Friday afternoon in 20-30 minutes. Pete also called me around 6:30 pm to ask if I had dropped my earbuds, which I realized I had. He had my new AirPods Pro II headphones set aside and waiting for me to come back and grab I was never a previous customer. I was actually really surprised someone turned them in and that the store called me to let me know and get them back to me. This is the best wheel / tire shop I have been to. I was never a customer before, but I will be now after this experience.

Man honestly I wanted to keep using this place but this is my third time here you know the saying third times a charm yeah well not this case. Booked appointment ahead in advance came in at like 2 just to have a simple oil change and alignment done made sure to explain to the front desk guy Mike about how I had just had my control arms done and how I need the bolts checked for them being LOOSE and said sure thing we have someone look at that cool go about my day working on my errands come back to the shop around 4:30 ish had seen the tech driving off I assume to check on something I went back inside shop pay for my oil change service. I come out side to the car and looked down at my tires to see that there was these dark black circle rings assuming it was from the alignment since I’ve never had those on my tires before already pretty upset so head back as soon as pull out I can here the clanking sound from the control arms which I had already asked them to tighten and to double check them because that was my main concern when coming in there so went back to original place where I had them done to tighten which there was a bolt loose which I had figured was that’s why I asked them to check it but the crazy part is when I asked them if there was any bolts loose the mechanic said nope we checked them all seemed right and didn’t bother to reset my service and the crazy part of all this literally had a scrape on side with fresh paint sticking up off the side which is like come on man this isn’t just some beat down car this is a classic Mercedes that I’ve had for 7years now
