First time at a big brand and had a fantastic experience. I couldn’t make it back in time to pick up my car so they locked my car up in a bay over night. 10/10 won’t go back to my previous normal tire place

I had trouble starting my car twice within an hour and called Big Brand Tire and Service. Hailey told me to drive over and, soon after arriving, technician checked electrical system at no charge. Car needed battery, which was replaced at no charge with less than 3 mos. left on warranty. I have taken my vehicles to Big Brand (fka C&R) for 15 years and completely trust their services.

I won't be shopping at Big Brand tires again ever! Not just this location. I had Snap! Finance in place for much more than the tires cost and they REFUSED to honor my financing. I had to pay out of pocket which has now made other bills not get paid. They stated they don't take Snap. REALLY?!?! If you do a search you find big brand tires with snap finance guess what comes up?!?!? Very, very upset!!!

Exceeded my Expectations!! I had an emergency stop with a flat tire and no spare. They didn't have the tire so they had to go get it at another store. They got it, gave me a ride home while they did the replacement and drove the car to me when finished so I didn't have to go there to pick it up. WOW, thanks Mike/Mgr. and Hayley!! I just brought my Honda ELANTRASEL same day got it done in a couple hours and it was a reasonable price save me almost $500 because I thought I needed new tires. Good knowledge and very respectful. I never write reviews, but for this one I had to.

Mike was 100% helpful and communicative with me through the process of fixing my wife's car. What was supposed to be over $10,000 in repairs and an engine at another shop, ended up being less than $1,500 for the work and materials to fix a thermostat and housing. I normally like to do smaller repairs on my own, but this experience has made me feel comfortable to come back for future work needed. THANK YOU

Tire rotation and oil change was done quickly and efficiently. I asked for an alignment check as well and was told not needed. I previously had them do this before and compared results. All good.. Proof of honesty in my opinion. I would say Hailey is sharp and knows her business. Wish the employee turnover was less. Hardly see the same techs. I will go back because I like to support locally.

Car drives like a dream now. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I needed to bring my car to this location for tire rebalancing. The issue stemmed from a previous visit before the shop was bought out, when the balancing was not performed correctly. I am grateful that I was not charged for the alignment, as this location was unable to bring my car into proper alignment, particularly with the rear right wheel. This raises concerns about how frequently this issue occurs with other customers. If your technicians are ASE certified, as I assume they are, could the problem be related to faulty equipment or lack of proper training? Due to my lack of confidence in local shops, I took my car to the dealership. The dealership's inspection revealed that the alignment was significantly out of spec across the vehicle and that one of the front tires was out of round. I have a receipt to support this claim. I understand the demands and challenges of managing a busy shop and providing quality customer service. However, it is crucial to ensure that each job is done correctly to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Proper workmanship from the beginning is essential for maintaining good business practices and fostering customer loyalty.

MINUS 10 STARS! THEY CHANGE MY OIL THEN I TAKE MY CAR HOME AND NOTICE THE HOOD IS CROOKED, NOT CLOSED ALL THE WAY. OPEN THE HOOD TO FIND MY GAS CAP! I THEN PROCEED TO FIND OUT THE GAS CAP THAT IS ON MY VAN IS NOT MINE! I GO DOWN AND LET THEM KNOW IT IS SOMEONE ELSE'S LOCKING GAS CAP. THEY "REVIEW" THEIR CAMERA AND SAY THE MECHANIC NEVER BOTHERED MY GAS CAP. BUT THAT THE MECHANIC HAD TO CHANGE MY CABIN FILTER WHICH IS BEHIND MY GLOVE BOX. HE FOUND A GAS CAP IN MY GLOVE BOX "SUPPOSEDLY" AND THEN HE PUT IT BACK WHEN HE WAS DONE. HOW THEN, DID THE GAS CAP END UP UNDER MY HOOD???? THEN THEY HAD THE GAUL TO SAY MAYBE IT WAS ME!!! HELL, I KNOW WHERE MY GAS CAP GOES AND IT HAS TO BE LOCKED ON IN ORDER TO BE CLOSED! SO THEY CALLED THEIR SHOP TO GET A KEY FOR THE ONE ON MY VAN, THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG KEY. THEN THE SECOND TRIP THEY MESSED THAT UP, SO THEN THEY FINALLY USE 2 SCREWDRIVERS TO GET IT OFF! JUST UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Very disappointed in this shop first off got 5 new tires on my husband's jeep and had to wait 2 days because they didn't have enough bags with beads to put in all 5 tires for balance. Then my husband has to take the jeep back to them to balance the tires because the bags weren't working to balance them. Husband was told it would only take a few hours. 8 hours later the jeep still wasn't worked on sitting in the parking lot in the same place my husband had parked it that morning . He called and was transferred 5 different times before he got to talk to someone who new what was going on and then was told it was still being worked on, but was still sitting in the parking lot . Get it together people we won't be going to this location again 😒.

Awful experiences ever since they switched from C&R tire to Big Brand. EVERY time I go get work done to my vehicle, I’m back in the shop days later for another issue that they claimed to have checked and “cleared”. Went in for a simple slow leak tire. They said it couldn’t be patched so I bought a new one. Asked them to check the rest of the tires while replacing the one tire. They had no recommendations to replace any other tires. THE NEXT DAY I got in my car and another tire was completely flat. Of course they were running a promotion of “buy 2 get 2 tires free” but since I didn’t buy them at the same time, that “deal” was not honored. Another thing they don’t honor are the warranties from the company they bought out, C&R tire. I had a 5 year warranty on a battery and was told they only honored c&R warranties for 1 year after they changed to big brand… what a joke!!! Honor the warranties for the company you bought out PERIOD! Big brand is a big joke.

Great, professional and expeditious service. Honest and reasonable prices. I take all my cars here to get serviced. I am glad that they offer a complete car inspection. It puts my mind at ease to know they are checking the car as a whole. Such as; belts, tires, fluids, brakes, shocks, and etc. My car feels and drives better each time it's serviced. Thank You! 😊

My partner recently had to replace a tire on his Q5 and Big Brand was the only place that had tires available. He raved about the service and convenience. So, when the tire on my Mini Cooper SE got a flat, I decided I would shop Big Brand also. The website was easy to use, and the they had great prices for tires, including the "run flat" tires for my car. So I chose the tire and made an appointment...they are open until 6pm, which is perfect since I work until 5pm. They are true to their slogan "In. Out. Done" Shawna and Angela were so friendly and Pi did a fantastic job installing my tire quickly. The entire experience was stress free and much better than the other discount tire place. And I ended up paying a lot less. I highly recommend Big Brand and will be coming here whenever I need tires or service! Thanks Big Brand!! --Bobby C.
