I brought my car in for new tires at 9 am and they had it done by noon. Bernie was very friendly and honest about my expense options. I’d much rather come here than somewhere like Firestone or Discount Tire Co, where it’s typically more expensive and the employees aren’t as communicative.

I called Big Brand to see if they could fix a leak in my back tire and they got me in right away! The front desk guy was super nice and the waiting room was comfortable. Also…it was free and they fixed my tire in under 30 minutes! Awesome place I will be using their service in the future 😄

Best kept secret! My boss recommended Big Brand Tires to me. Beating the pricing with other companies. I made an appointment right away. I planned on being there for a few hours, I sure was wrong! I was there around 30 to 40 minutes and was done! All four tires changed. Great staff, beyond knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you. I will be back and will recommend everyone.

Big thanks to the guys at Big Brand! I was driving on the Apocalyptic i-10 this morning and of course took a nail to the tire. Yay, Mondays! They were open at 6:45am!! And did not charge me for the plug! Amazing service and we will go back for all of our tire needs, even though they are not the closest tire place to our house!!
