I was sold a set of four tires and told they were 60,000 miles tires. Less than a year later after about 27000 miles, I went in for a flat repair and was told it could not be repaired that the tires were too low on tread. I had rotated them regularly and the tread wear was even, I use my car for work so I had to purchase a new set of tires. I have spent a couple of months trying to get something done about the fact that these tires lasted less than half of what I was told they would. After a second call to the corporate office of Big Brand someone called me back and offered me a refund of $20 per tire to compensate me for this. Needless to say I will no longer be a customer of theirs! I told the person who called me to get realistic with the offer and still have heard nothing back! To add insult to injury when I was having the new tires mounted and a alignment done it took about 4 hours. The only other customer that was there ahead of me said he had spent six hours waiting on a alignment.

I was having issues with my tire being low in pressure and thought I needed a new tire but turns out I didn’t. Juan did an amazing job at fixing the tire for me and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very fast process. Thank you!

One of the few places open on Sunday, thank God. They swapped my flat for a new tire in 20 minutes. I was able to go to work that very same day and get paid. For that I’m grateful. Update, I’ve come here for every maintenance since this incident. They’ve been nothing but kind and patient with me in my endeavors and I make it a point to come here for all my auto repairs and installments.

They always find the problem super quick. Turn around time usually less than 24 hours. Always super fair on pricing like very cheap! Shout out logan the homie!

The guys at big brand tire did the job right when another shop couldn’t. Truly grateful for their hard work and I highly recommend them if you’re trying to get an alignment done right on any lifted vehicle.

This place has great customer service. I took my car to a ma & pop shop and got ripped off. Came over here. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car fixed my flat tire for free .Redin and Doug treated me with respect and had great customer service , I will be coming back.
