Very good service. Had one good tire, was able to purchase and have mounted only the three aI need. Works by appointment, no need to leave the car for the whole day!

I had a nail in my tire that a previous auto service place deemed non-repairable. Knowing better, I drove to Big Brand asking if they could plug the leak after I pulled the nail. No problem. The kicker? They did the nail pull, no plug necessary, checked my tire for leaks, and didn't even charge for the service. This is how the valley used to be. Glad there are a few good guys left. Thank you beyond words. Of course they're getting my future business.

Best, fastest service. The service manager, Jesus and the service tech who i didn't catch his name were amazing. they got me in and out in 20 mins. Excellent service. Great price too!

One of my tires was really low on air so I stopped and was quickly helped by Mike and the other guys! All of them were nice, professional, and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this location!

Took my truck here for a brand new set of tires. The team here did an outstanding job with making sure all aspects of the installation met my needs. I had a few concerns and they were quick to respond and handled the new tire installation with the upmost care. Great team and long term tire shop to recommend friends and family.

Andres, Pio, and Steven were all awesome!! They were definitely big on fast and friendly. I had previously purchased this set of tires from Big Brand and they are truly high quality and a comfortable ride. I needed a tire repaired as I had picked up a nail, turns out they found a second nail in another tire. They quickly fixed both and rotated my tires. I was safely on my way in no time. Thank you gentlemen!! I highly recommend big brand for your tire and service needs!

I love this shop! Professional, honest, reliable! I've taken a few cars here for tire pressure checks and flat repair but today I found a nail in my tire sidewall so I knew it couldn't be repaired. Dropped my car off just after 4 for a new tire and an oil change and it was ready to be picked up at 5:45. Jesus was friendly and professional and they did a great job! Highly recommend!

They are building customers for life! I purchased two tires and did the wheel alignment here a month ago but forgot to do a review. The price is very reasonable for their 5 stars service (Fast, reliable, honest, and friendly)! Steven is an excellent mechanic that offered to remove the jammed wheel of my car on my driveway, while not Pio and Andres are very friendly. Will definitely come back!

Displeased with the service brought in my Lexus recently and was told my coolant was dirty when I just wanted my brakes fixed, took it to another shop where they said my coolant was perfectly fine not happy with the money grab attempt. Will not be returning.

The experience was next level. I called shopping for tires but I had a better price elsewhere. Unfortunately after speaking with your company I had a flat shortly after that. I called back to the shop and a Mr Rodriguez answered and took care of me. He price matched my offer and then he offered exceptional service by towing my vehicle. This place inspected my "brakes and suspension" for free , They suggested my red brand new coolant was dirty and they left my air box open causing problems with my car and AC , All these reviews are fake. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE A COOLANT FLUSH OR A DIAGNOSES DOESNT COST 200$ EACH They hire people who are brand new. and they will call you to try and make things right , just do it right the first time Yall know what you did.

Andres and Harry have some of the best customer service I have had at any establishment. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Even when it was busy, both Harry and Andres were attentive and patient. Top notch workers and they deserve to get recognized. I will recommend all my friends and family to come here based on the service provided by them both!

If you want to get scammed come to this location . They told me my car needed a lot of things done, went somewhere else to check if they were being truthful, and it was all a scam to try and get me into paying them for things my car did not need ! Very unprofessional ! Will not come here again . I get its a big business, but trying to scam people out of their money into things their car does not need is so low . Especially in the economy that we are in right now !

I was quoted 1 1/2 to 2 hours for tires to be replaced. I have been here for almost 4 hours. They worked on other vehicles before mine was even started even though I had that appt set. I was continuously told it was almost done after each hour that passed. They didn’t offer any water and the bathroom was very dirty. Overall my experience was terrible and not worth the wait time or price. Completely disappointing experience.

Communicated very well. Transparent pricing and service. Honest and integral business. Brought my car in for tires and alignment. They replaced tires and found I didn’t need an alignment and didn’t overcharge me for a service I didn’t need. Thanks!!

Great place to take your vehicle. They are honest, friendly, and go above n beyond. Only place I would take my 2003 Jeep Wrangler. I would definitely recommend them!
