Made an appointment for a tire patch. They had it done in 20 minutes, and for FREE! The guy I talked to was nice and friendly even though I have no car knowledge. They didn’t even try to upsell me on anything, did exactly what I asked for and sent me on my way. Awesome!!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and brake job at 7am. I get a call almost 7 hours later and am told the oil has been changed but they cannot change the brake pads as they don’t have the time. To be fair, they offered to cover the oil change for the hassle, but I declined. My main concern was the vehicle not stopping well.

Very nice people here at Big Brand. Our "check tire" light came on as we came from Tuscon area to Phoenix Airport. It turned out that all 4 tires were low due to the severely hot weather! Big Brand cheerfully checked and filled them for us.

Noticed I had a nail in my tire Monday morning on my way to work. I did a quick google search and booked an appointment at 12pm same-day. My tire was fixed within the hour and at NO charge. I’m very impressed and extremely grateful for the quick service! I would recommend this shop to anyone needing speedy tire repair. Everyone was very kind as well.

Mark was very informative and helpful in helping me to select tires and services for my daughter’s car. When we arrived he checked us in quickly and when he had a question about the alignment he brought the mechanics report to me and asked if I wanted to proceed. I said yes and the car was done in less time than quoted and we were on our way. The other gentleman working with Mark was very polite. Small but busy and efficient tire shop.

Had a flat tire, no one had my tire size, Discount tire said they will order and it will take a week. I called big brand they said they will have it next day by 10 am. They called at 9:30 to say it came in. The guys, Emilio and Paul were so great, amazing customer service. I will be using their services from now on, including oil changes. Keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
