I was in a bind with a hole in my tire and needed a replacement ASAP. I called around a few tire shops and got quoted $115 for a used tire with installation. I called Big Brand and the lady on the phone was very professional. She quoted me and I told her I’d call her back since the price wasn’t in my budget. She instantly asked what I could pay and helped me out. I would recommended them to my friends and family, the whole experience was very nice. Will be back as soon as I need more tires!

I thought this was a great tire seller and a reputable business that I can turn family and friends on to. I have purchased numerous 235/80R16 trailer tires from Carlos but of the last 2,one wore out within 3 months and it should have not being a 16ply.I went back in and explained the situation and was told something is wrong with my trailer and not the tire.So I end purchasing another tire which should of been free because of the defective one under their warranty but the warranty was honored.Caveat to the review I’m leaving is,I have 2 brand new axles on my trailer,alignment,and the whole 9 yards done by Bigtex Trailers.LAST BUYT LEAST,the tire was replaced and there are no signs of stress or wearing uneven at all.When you spend your hard earned money,you expect business to be business and warranties to be honored….And not to buy another tire when you were sold a defective tire.

Mechanics were super friendly. Backed my trailer in the bay behind the building for them. Plenty of room to turn my trailer around and maneuver. Got 6 new 16 ply all position tires for just under 1300.00 dollars. Higher than my guy in center point where I got 8 new 16 ply 17.5 for 1180.00 out the door. Tires to you is in my home town so I didn't mine paying a little extra for the convenience. Counter guys were nice. After I settled on price and number of tires he gave me directions on what he wanted me to do then just kind of left me alone. In my mind that's perfect. When tires started to get installed I went back in the store paid my money got my receipt went back to the shop and left when they were done. I would've given five stars but when I left I went straight home, unhooked the trailer and didn't touch it again until today. I had to replace shocks. As I was underneath the trailer I discovered that my right front inside tire was not seated on the rim. It's literally just hanging on the rim. It's as much my fault as the shops because I should've double checked their work before I left. I have a front lift axle so the front four tires have not rolled on pavement yet. I'm sure they'll fix it. Store was closed by the time I discovered all this today so I haven't spoken with them yet. Hope this helps double check the work always from every shop everytime.
