Stopped in with a tire that couldn’t be repaired. They did not have an exact replacement but they told me where to go, installed the spare and wouldn’t charge me a dime for their service. That’s exceptional service.

DO NOT GO HERE, TOTAL RIP OFF. I called for an estimate for a break change, and they tried to charge me $1,100 for new breaks. In comparison, my dealer would charge me about $500. Find a new option, this is overpriced.

Not entirely sure if this place is very trustworthy at this point. Had to go back three times to have my breaks worked on and they still didn't fix it right. Just kept gaslighting me.

Excellent work, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Four new tires, oil changed, and alignment. They have gone above and beyond - re aligned when I hit a large bump only one month after alignment at no cost. Free air checks as well.

I brought my carvana car here and TJ has beeen amazing. He gave me genuine advice on swapping the car due to it being in really bad shape. I know nearly nothing about cars and he didn’t make me feel stupid when asking clarifying questions. Really appreciated his help and guidance with both cars I brought here. Super solid experience. Highly recommend

I had such a fabulous experience with this location of Big Brand Tires due to the excellent customer service by Manager TJ. He was super professional, personable, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a happy human! That kind of personality is what I love about my ideal customer service experience, and that is TJ. The other employees there were friendly and pleasant, as well. Bonus! The tires were installed quickly and well. I'd go back to this location of Big Brand in a heartbeat. You should go, too!

I called four separate shops, trying to find someone to replace my headlight bulbs. It was a pain to do and I couldn't find anyone willing to put in bulbs that were purchased elsewhere. Big brand tire got me in within the hour and had my car ready in half the time they quoted me. I appreciate them taking on this small job that no one else was willing to do.

I came here to have a pre purchase inspection done before buying a used car - they saved me from making a a huge mistake as they pointed out the major problems the car had. Also glad they saved me from spending my money on a car I would have spent more in repairs than buying it itself. I am so glad I had them check out the car, I really appreciate the help I received and their trustworthy advice. Thank you so so much!!

Well went in ten min before they closed and the guys at the counter were quite rude I asked for air in my tire it was low so the guys at the counter said we're not doing it we're close and it was ten minutes before the hour I was very offended I will be going to Walmart at least their nice 💯😊

Came in with a big nail through my run-flat tire. Two other places (including another Big Brand store) wouldn’t even attempt to fix it. The Big Brand Tires at Campbell were prompt and professional and were able to fix my tire. I was so grateful! Will definitely return!

I arrived right at 8am without a prior appointment and was immediately taken back. Took about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. The gentle man I spoke to up front was very competent. Would recommend anyone to come here!

I was having some issues with my 2012 Mazda 3 and the Store Manager Hector really took the time to explain the issues I was experiencing and made sure to provide me a great deal on the labor and parts needed. He also provided me a breakdown of what exactly was wrong with the car and what needed to be done now to keep me and my family safe on the road and what could wait until next time. It’s very rare to find a place that is honest, kind, and professional. Highly recommend Hector and his team at Big Brand on Campbell!

Bring in your own parts and have them do the labor if you can because these guys will charge you 8x for a part you can buy way cheaper somewhere else. Idk how they justify this stuff either. Other than that good place.

Had our van breakdown up the street from big brand tire right around the time they were leaving and David and Adrian were just finishing their long day of work. We pulled up to the parking lot in our other car and asked them if they could help us get the van of the middle of the road on Campbell. David and Adrian said yes and drove down the street after their long day of work to help us get it out of the road. Based on this interaction I would gladly recommend big brand on fort Lowell and Campbell to assist you in any needs you may have for your vehicles considering the situation they helped me and my wife with after working all day. They are the kind of people that will save the day.

Hector and the rest of the team made my first experience at Big Brand amazing. They were thorough with diagnosing an issue with my battery terminal, quick to order parts and fixing the issue, and I actually picked up my car 2 days earlier than I expected. Also, as a woman going in to a car place, I really appreciate the way I was treated here. Hector was never condescending, treated me like any other person, listened to what I said about what was going on with my car and took everything into account. He was very willing to answer my questions and even showed us exactly what went wrong on my old terminal. Thanks guys!

With just moving to Tucson and seeking an excellent mechanic shop I can say I’m thankful to have stopped in this one. Store manager gave me very great service. Prompt with everything that was requested to be done and kept his word dealing with anything we spoke about til the job was complete. I recommend everyone that need any form of work American or foreign vehicle done go to this place and ask for Enrique. He will get you right for a reasonable price 👍🏾 thank you and appreciate your mechanics as well 🙏
