They said that my tire was irreparable and would cost $300+ for a new one. I took it to another tire shop and they were able to repair it. Absolute scam if a tire shop. Don’t bring your vehicle here.

I was having issues find a tire for my car all morning, then I remembered my dad would always go to Big O tires back in the day. I called and Luciano and Sergio were the guys! They not only ordered my original tire, but I was able to leave with a tire ready to go! Great job guys!

Stopped in and he gave me a price then went in 4 days later to buy the tires and the price had gone down. Great service friendly people will shop again I give them 4 stars.

Simply the best auto garage I’ve ever been to. And I’ve had about 20 cars so far. I bought my son a 2005 Mazda Miata a few miles down the road from this garage, and it was very much in need of an alignment. I called around 3 pm and the man that answered was very courteous and helpful, and willing to squeeze me in at the end of their day. Not only were they able to perform an alignment, but a rotation & balance, oil change, & a few smaller jobs, like replacing my air filter and fixing me up with some new wheel locks. I wish I lived in Tucson so I could have my vehicle serviced here regularly. Gabriel, Sergio, & Luciano were fantastic. I’ll probably drive down there soon for new shocks on the Miata. Definitely recommend this garage!!

Would do a zero! I bought one tire here, damaged from nails. Car was shaking, took back in. Said I need a repair of $1500. Took to another mechanic...totally misdiagnosed my issue. They asked me to do review. I was at South Tucson.

Accidentally, I discovered this tire store by driving by and seeing the sign, "Flat tire repair". After bringing in my car to three different Walmart for flat tire service where I bought my tires installed a few months ago, I was told that the wait was about 3 hours. Extremely disappointed and frustrated, I gave up on Walmart service, and trying to find any quick tire repair shop other than Walmart. The manager TJ was very friendly and professional and got my flat tire repaired within 30 minutes with no charge though my tires were not purchased and installed at Big Brand Tire. I am very impressed by the quick and quality service by Big Brand Tire which I think is the role model for other tire service shops. I will definitely come back for any tire service I will need. Thank you

Had to get two new tires here. Low pressure light continued to stay on for a week so I brought it back. Took them an hour to establish my tire pressure was fine and that I had a “reset” button in my car (both of which I already said I checked and tried). Then they took all the wheels off and said that I didn’t have “pressure sensors in any of my tires” and wanted to charge me $510 to put new sensors in the wheels. Now the light is off, so I guess I’m glad they fixed whatever mistake they must’ve made the first time, but seriously? I was the first one in the store that morning, it shouldn’t take an HOUR to check the psi and establish that I have a reset button that I obviously tried multiple times already. Shit was a twilight zone experience of stupidity

I had a National rental car that needed service. It had a low oil light. It turns out it only needed half a quart, they topped it off and sent me a way very quickly with no charge! That’s old school! My family and I have many vehicles and will remember that next time we need service.
