I made an appointment for a flat tire repair, when I get there on time I’m told it will be an hour. What’s the point of making an appointment?! I had to get my keys back and leave because it still wasn’t even taken back by the time I needed to leave. Very frustrating.

I have been looking for an honest, candid mechanic who knows what they’re doing for years in Tucson. Who would’ve thought I found that the corner of Oracle and McGee. Chris at the front counter knew exactly what he was doing, the mechanics took care of us on the spot, and we were out of there in an hour. Fair pricing, and honest mechanics. Who could ask for more?!

I needed a tire fixed on a Saturday 7/6/24. They close at 5pm but they gladly let me come in with no appointment. The tire was fixed quickly and I was on my way. Glad to know these guys are here. Will be back when my van needs tires.

I went in to get one of my tires fixed in the front of the car, they told me I was wrong 😑 that the one in the back was the one that needed fixing and I told them if they can still look at it it needs to be patched, it doesn’t look bad because I put air in it before I went to get the tire fixed, I ended up paying $166 on one tire for the back and they told me everything was good to go. I am driving home and Eve things is super bumpy so I go back to their shop again the next day to see what the problem is and they supposed just needed to realign all the tires, when I drove home it was worse and my front tire was flat again 😡 and even more, they messed with my car settings, I have an electric car and they change my cars clock to military time. And they left the settings menu open that’s how I found out. Never going to this place again, it seems like the guy who was at the desk just wanted his commission for the tire I bought.

The manager Chris Blough and technician Reggie Marquez were literally the best! They went above and beyond to help me in my Time of need. It’s clear this company has Instilled in those working there the kindness and true customer care! I can NOT recommend them and the store more! Thank you both so much! I made it home safe!

Great service! I came in at 5:30 pm with a leak in one of my tires- expecting to make an appointment for the following day, and they got me right in. Even better… they had a smile on their faces and a great attitude. This is where I will be coming with any future auto concerns! Thanks Big Brand!

Long story short, I bought a set of mud terrain tires just over a year ago, the truck they were on isn’t used very much. The tires progressively became out of balance to the point of the steering wheel shaking. It was found that the tires were defective and BigBrand replaced them the next day. There was a lugnut problem due to another company and BigBrand rectified that issue free of charge. Thank you again!!

Very friendly customer service! Had a small issue (dead battery) and they got my car in, fixed it up quickly and back to me within a few hours. I have been here before with a previous vehicle and the service has always been top notch! Plus they are respectful; and as a woman who knows very little about cars..... it is very nice to be treated with decency and respect! In again for brakes this time! As always sevice was great… while it was quite a shocking expense, they offer options and were very accommodating with time and service! We have been coming back again and again for the last 8 years, so yes I would recommend this local for great overall care!

Hey just a heads up oil pans don't use loctite and dont drill into people cars using drybwall screws and jack up the hood latch to the point it won't open. Might wanna tell your techs that, as im $280 bucks down the drain because one of yall decided it did. K thanks.

So this would be my third time going to the Magee location. Everyone has always been so kind and helpful. I had tires put on in October and then needed a valve stem replaced. This visit was an oil change and surprise alignment. Whoopsie. 😉 I will be back again despite the minor miscommunication.

I had gotten the biggest bolt I'd ever seen in my tire, they fixed it quickly and for free. Soon, when I needed new tires (they were almost 8 years old), I used Big Brand Tire (on W Magee) and they found me good, well priced tires with an excellent warranty (they had to order them but they arrived in a day), changed my oil too, balanced wheels - all during the exasct time frame they had scheduled me for. Nice, patient and informative too.

My dog River and I got to hang out for some time here while my van got some work done. Everyone treated us with kindness and the quality of work done was excellent. True customer service to the core which is nice to find in the world that we live in today. Highly recommend.

Was an employee at BBT for a year & a half. Took my classic car in for some leaks. Replace gaskets,just some clean up,fix a few small issues. Turned into a 4 month nightmare. When I finally got it back,I had resigned already. Towed it to exhaust shop where they found major issues of things not done or not done right. No grounds hooked up,carb not adjusted,backfiring,no fluid in power steering pump,trans linkage not done correct.At that point,I just had them do most of the repairs & cost more money. When I picked it up they let me know it was leaking coolant & trans.fluid. When the whole reason I took it to BBT was for leaks. Another month ordeal trying to get a resolution from BBT Corp. When I was finally contacted by a regional mgr,he was very nice professional, & understanding. He had actually gotten involved while i was still employed. We resolved by agreeing to refund my BBT Synchrony c/c the full amount,plus he offered to refund what I paid for the starter that cracked due to flexplate coming lose after their "tech" installed it. Then came the call a few days later from Luciano the dist.mgr.who I had not reached out too due to his demeanor while employed. I was at my new job,told him I was getting ready to go to lunch & would call him back. He said he was in a hurry & asked how long it would be. When I did call back 6 minutes later, I let him know I did not have the BBT card with me. He then tried to get me to give him my bank card # to credit . I did not want to do this for obvious reasons. As usual he was rude,pushy,trying to rush me. Talking to me like was still an employee.I told him I found it ironic he was in a hurry after my 5 month ordeal. I told him I would call the regional,since he doesn't talk to me in this manner. He said go ahead call whoever you want. So,due to that comment,I'm writing this review in hopes that the person who screens calls from store 3020 will listen to the 2 calls on Thurs. Feb. 8th at 11:52 & 11:58 to see why I preferred NOT to deal with Luciano the DM. I was a customer,not an employee. If i had spoken to a guest like that,I'd have been written up. I was able to get my refund yesterday & relieved to be done there as an employee & a "guest". So this is my "call whoever you want". Its been a week since I wrote this review,with no response what so ever.

What a blessing to find this company! I had a nail in my left front tire. I called around to ask for quotes on repair. I called Big Brands on Magee & spoke with Chris who told me there was no cost, if they could actually fix the tire. Upon inspecting my tire, I was shown that due to the age of the tire and the brittleness of the rubber, the tire couldn’t be repaired. My plan was to get new tires from Costco; but I was inspired to ask for a quote at Big Brands;. I’m so glad I did bc they gave me a much better deal! The service was friendly and very professional! The got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys to anyone looking to purchase tires! Blessings!
