I was very pleased with the service that I received here. I went in for a free brake and alignment inspection. They honestly gave me the assessment and quote for services but also fixed a tire with a nail that they noticed free of charge!

I’ve used Big Brand Tire and Service for the past few years. They have performed my car’s regular service maintenance and replaced the starter. I find them reliable and reasonably priced. I’ll check out their tires next year when mine are due to be changed out.

Rented a car in Colorado with an issue on the rear right tyre, as the pressure was always lower then the other threes (42psi vs 32psi). Gave not so much importance due to the fact the car was perfect on handling and driving... Made plenty of kms and at some point the dashboard started to gave me the signal of "error" (low pressure). Luckily i was close to the shop and i decided to stop for a tyre check: i'd have never imagined what was going to happen next. I've driven for 2,500 miles with a screw inside the tyre (Budget please check your cars better before renting to people)! The guys found immediately the problem and fixed my flat FOR FREE (i'm Italian and i swear that they would have charged plenty of money for that inconvenient in my country!). Thanks to Israel and all the guys, you've saved not only my day but the rest of my vacation too! 🥹🥹🥹

Stopped by vendor for first time this morning to have a leaking tire checked out. He took car in right away and found a thorn in the tire, which he fixed free of charge. Very personable and efficient service. I will definitely use this vendor again.

I blew out a tire after hitting a curb. I was blessed to find Big Brand Tire and Service so close to where the mishap occurred. Not knowing what the repair would entail, I entered the store and was immediately greeted by José. He was courteous, honest and professional and answered all of my concerns. He didn't try to upsale me in any way but rather explained all options and answered my questions in a very straight forward way. To make a long story short, I was in and out of the shop with a new tire in under 1 hour! I must give José and the tire installer ( whose name I didn't get ) 5 stars for their excellence. Thank you both so much!!!😄

I took my car in because I believe the struts on my car were having issues, I was disappointed when I asked the young man if I had to pay for them to look at it, he replied with ill check it out and call you, duh, no, it's not that hard of a question. You've already gotten $1400 for struts that the warranty expires after a year, was never told that information. To say the least I didn't drop my car off because I didn't want a surprise bill, very disappointed 😔 with customer service

Greatly appreciated: the Customer Service provided by David and Co-workers at this Big Brand Tire & Service Location. Identified and informed me of my Truck tire problem, unable to provide: my requested tire replacement, before day’s closing hour. All good, have to resolve the tire problem, on my own. However, will continue, to see them, to resolve, a tire service, problem, again.

I was very impressed with David and his staff at Big Brand Tire and Service. Carlos worked on our family vehicle. He was very thorough with his inspection and showed me what was needed to fix our vehicle. The car was fixed promptly and I was informed about future possibilities and maintenance. Their prices were very reasonable. The thing that impressed me the most was their professionalism and honesty. David, Carlos, and the staff are a class act. They have earned our business and we plan to pass on our experience to family and friends. Thank you, David, Carlos, and the staff for an excellent job well done.
