I am unaware of other locations, but the big brand on grant has horrible customer service! I went in on July of 2024 to mount tires and get and alignment, when it was finished they told me that they did do the alignment but the printer that they have that showed you the alignment numbers was out of service, they told me to come back well I kept going back and they still kept telling me the same thing about the printer. Four months later my front tires are completely bald, I went in to see what they could do for me and they said nothing that the printer is still down and they don't know when it's getting replaced. So now I have to pay for new tires and a new alignment somewhere else. I don't recommend big brand tires services at all.

Employees are very professional and helpful, and not afraid of rust. They helped my wife and I out of a bind with time constraints. It is very difficult to find a good trustworthy shop nowadays but this is definitely one of them. 10/10

Ordered tires through the phone number and made an appointment. Got to the location and was told there was no appointment, then was finally told the appointment had been cancelled because the tires hadn't come in. I received no notifications of this. WASTE OF TIME.

Wonderful efficient and professional. Management a d tech went the extra mile to ensure my safety. Big Brand tires are the only tire shop i can count on when it comes to emergencies.

Great job Randy and crew on both Saturday & Sunday in August 2024! 👏🏾 Big brand was able to repair my flat tire 1 day and a wheel bearing the next day. 😃 We were able to schedule an appointment last minute and got in and out fast. The service both days were great and very reliable. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone! Thank you 😊

..never got there ..nice people when you call to schedule but their customer service is national and they made a mistake in sending me to the "closest location"- which was 4.5 miles away actually (!) from the closest location to where I told them I was. I should have checked myself but at any rate got stuck overnight out of town because I wasted precious time trying to get the "nearest store" and totally flattened the tire on the way ...and never made it. When I called them to let them know I couldn't drive any further on the tire after pushing it 4 miles...it turns out there had been a location less than a 1/4 from where I was staying. The customer service people who set appointments are very nice but don't count on them to understand your local area or what cross street you say. That's fine, but they should say they are guessing instead of acting as if they are familiar with anything.

After a long day at work, I got into my car with my kids, only to notice that my tire pressure monitoring system was showing my right rear tire at just 16 lbs of pressure. I also heard a ticking noise as I started driving. I pulled over and found a piece of road debris, likely a nail, stuck in my tire. Normally, I would handle this myself, but with a 40-minute drive home on high-speed roads, I decided to search for a nearby tire shop. I found Big Brand Tire and Service along my route and stopped in. They pulled, plugged, and reinstalled the tire in about 10 minutes, allowing me to get home in time to take my son to soccer practice. Big thanks to the technician, Josh, for his quick and efficient service.

First time at this shop. Made an appointment, was registered in minutes. They did a thorough job of checking my tires in addition to my oil change. Assistant manager Randy had no problem with all my questions. The final price has no extra surprises and I left the shop feeling confident my vehicle had been serviced correctly and completely. I recommend this shop for it's no nonsense service. Thank you everyone. D

This is the second time I come here and every time I ask to fix my spare. And they just throw back in and don’t even bother to fix the carpet. Last time I came they damaged my car I know Is small piece that it don’t show but is unprofessional and every time I request to change my car and they come with excuse and I try because I know some times it could be a coincidence but a second time that’s not a coincidence. So I don’t want to come here no more

Terrible experience. They only care about taking your money and take advantage of single women. I came in because my car was overheating. First when I came in the man wouldn’t let me finish speaking without telling me it will be around $200 to look at it. I explained that I know they offer several free services I would like them to take a look at those first like the fluids and stuff. This man was so rude about it! Long story short they didn’t need to run the $200 diagnostic because it was the radiator. I paid them to replace it. My car then overheated worse I got it to my regular mechanic who didn’t know I had the radiator replaced but he could tell and said,’idk who you had replace your radiator but you must have pissed them off.’ They didn’t hook my electrical backup and no lines were secured. Apparently all the hoses popped off. I have all the documentation.
