I can't say enough good things about BigBrands, from the time I called to see if they could look at my car, till 24 hours later when I picked it up all nice and shiny, all fixed multiple problems to deal with I dealt with Angel he is the nicest guy and so polite,I have already told friends about what a nice ,and speedy, place and reasonable priced as well , I would recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding customer service! I believe the person who helped me was John. I needed a battery installed in my car and I was able to get helped within a few minutes of arriving. All of the other places that installed car batteries didn't have appointments until the next day and were charging at least 2x more. Even when I initially called to ask about this service they were so kind and helpful. I had been feeling stressed because I needed the battery installed that same day and Big Brand Tire & Service really came through with that support. I will be going here for future car services! Keep up the great work!

Mr Kamilo-I was treated very well at Big Brands. Had to have expensive work done on my van and he came thru and got repaired and back on the road. I liked that he explained what needed to be done and answered my questions. I will return for future car-care and I would definitely recommend Big Brands to anyone needing car repair. Taking my granddaughter’s car on Tuesday next week. Thank you Kamilo for your patience with me. V/R, Yvon. PS. had to rerun for another issue, AC. He got me in , got the repairs done and now I have the coolest AC. Thank you Kamilo. Will come back again for any car repairs. Send my granddaughter for an oil change, Kamillo assisted her. I was a bit hesitant to go elsewhere since I normally go on base for an oil change, however, I purchased a certificate worth the amount I normally pay at the base for only $25. Was a steal. When I called to make an appointment they got me in almost immediately. When i made it to the appointment I overheard the customers before me and the manager was very professional and accommodating. They asked if I was going to wait, I opted to return after my appointments. They called me as soon as they were done, topped off fluids and most importantly took great care of my Jeep. Thank you Camilo for your great customer service! I will definitely return.

These guys did an amazing job on my 93 Chevy k1500. They redid my alignment on it since it was under 6 month warranty. They doubled checked it this time with a test drive compared to first time but they got it done right. They also serviced my transfer case a few months back. Thank you Big Brand Tire & Service 👍
