I evacuated from Florida and got hit on my way to Dallas this shop was so fast at fixing my car, super professional, looks better than it did before the accident and drives excellent. Pricing was so reasonable. I am a woman and I did not feel ripped off as the owner is also a woman and runs the shop with her son they are such good honest people! They value the relationship more than the sale for sure! highly recommend !!!!

Highly REGRET coming here! Brought our show truck here A YEAR AGO for a simple paint job and the job is still not done. They left parts missing on the truck causing the hood to fly open, shattering the windshield and damaging other parts in the engine. Not to mention the paint job was messed up. The truck was no longer operable. We fixed engine parts and returned the truck back to them at OUR expense and they said it would be ready at a set date. They kept pushing the repairs to the side, not making us priority. Screw we’re still in the wrong spot, painted over our projector lights, broke the glove compartment and gave horrible service. If you simply care about your car, do not bring it here.

They’re awesome! Came in to get my bumper fixed that was half way hanging off and they took care of it within minutes!! Got a few other repairs quoted and I can say that they are reasonably priced and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Excellent service, basically drop off you vehicle and pick up and sign when ready. They take care of everything. Hopefully won't have to come back anytime soon but know that I can come back if needed too.

Elsa and her team are amazing and great to work with. I was concerned about the time frame it would take to get my son's car repaired after he hit a curb and caused serious damage to his car. Just left here a bit ago to pick up my car. Got into an accident that left my front end looking horrible. Needed a new hood, front bumper, radiator, and condenser. Took it in Friday, 01/14/22. They started working on it immediately. Elsa and her team were freaking AMAZING. They estimated it would take about a week but finished it in 4 days all while providing excellent customer service. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other local shops. Do not hesitate reaching out to them. You won’t regret it and they’ll have your car looking BRAND new. I don’t regret my decision going to them. Hopefully I won’t have to but, if need be, I will definitely be returning to see them.

This place is legit! They painted and replace my son hood and bumper. Mrs. Elsa was so nice and kept me updated on the progress of their work. Lord forbid if anything else happens to our vehicles but if it does Big Bro's will be getting our business again..

I actually found Big Bro’s on google they was close to my job so I read the reviews and I must say everything is true on the reviews. This is a good professional business and Elsa and her guys will get you right and they don’t take long. Elsa and her team at Big Bro’s brought my Jeep truck back to new again. They worked with my insurance claim and made the process seamless. I was hunting around for a place to repair some damage done to the front in of my car. And thank God I found this place. Cheaper than all the quotes I received by far and faster!! I took my car in on a Monday and by thrusday I had a new fender and headlight. Actually the right side of my car looks soo good I told them I would bring it back to get the other headlight replaced. Elsa and the shop took great care of me! And they will definitely be the place I go in the future for any other dings and scratches. I usually don't do reviews, even when asked, but considering the great work done this is the least I can do. Thank you guys!🙏

I would like to Thank JR and his wife for the fantastic job they did on my truck. Am very Happy with how it came out. Their pricing was reasonable and they completed the job when they said they would. Cano’s down the street was charging $1,900 for the same job and others didn’t make me feel safe that the job would be done right. Jr and his wife just felt like the right choice.
