I called Big B’s bc my radiator was shot. He ordered a new one & it was delivered to my house. When it arrived, I called & scheduled the service. Had my truck towed to his place & he also found that my valve cover gaskets needed replaced as well. He had me back up & running quickly!! I highly recommended using their services! I will definitely be coming back in the near future for preventive maintenance & all of my vehicles needs going forward. His prices are fair as well & he is very professional. I’m extremely pleased & my truck runs like new.

I utilized their service yesterday and today (Monday, Jan 16, 2023). I was pleased to see the quality of their service. It is just GREAT. My wife and I were planning to buy a used car from Marketplace, and we asked help from Big B's auto to send a mechanic to our preferred location (2 different locations) to check the cars for the diagnostic test. They showed up on time even if today is a national holiday. The cars have been checked with all minute details including inspection requirements. They treated me with so much care as if they are buying their own car. They also checked my CARFAX reports and explained all repairs that had been done on those cars before. I'm very pleased with their service and strongly recommend people in Pittsburgh to use their service. They will help you even at night and of course over the weekends! God bless this business. I pray for their flourishment and overall success. I'll recommend many of my friends in Pittsburgh for using this service.

The check engine light appeared on my car's dashboard and the engine started to misfire. I had an issue with my ignition coils and my sparks. I called them yesterday and they had an auto mechanic come to my home in 2 hours. The auto mechanic diagnosed my car, brough the materials, and fixed my vehicle in less than 2 hours. I loved how the mechanic fixed my car while I was relaxing and napping at my place. It's super convenient and it was way cheaper than what Pep Boys was going to charge. This is definitely the future of vehicle repairs.

They never came to fix my car I bought the part threw them the day the was supposed to come the mechanic got sick. Was told he will be there tomorrow to fix it the mechanic is in the hospital I said okay just need it fixed by Monday which was 3 days from the then. He said we will have it done. Monday comes I give them till the end of day and no one answer my text and till after 5 The I was told the mechanic can’t come. I asked if I could come get the part I’ll try to find someone else. Could find any one so I called the back and I j Keep getting told times and no one shows up just keep getting excuses every time I’ve been out of work for 3months from having a baby and all I wanted is my car y get back and fourth to work.

Chavo will come right to you and fix your car. There's no need to use a tow truck or drive your car to a garage because he will fix it right there. It's pricey but for the extra convenience it's worth it if your car is broken down.

If possible I’d rate this service 100 Stars. I highly recommend! Most certainly reliable, with quick responses along with updates on arrival, and most importantly a more than efficient job done. If you’re stuck in a jam, this is the man 🦾🚙.

My car refused to turn on after not turning it on for a few weeks in the snow. I called Chavo’s business and turns out he does home visits. He came by the same day and diagnosed what was wrong with my car. He even looked for affordable replacement parts for me to not spend so much out of pocket. Very nice guy.

Poor service and no respect for women! He couldn’t help me with a simple diagnostic test and when I asked for clarity, he caught an attitude and started acting catty! I should’ve listened to the women on Facebook who said he overcharges, just to do a half-a** job. Don’t go to him!

This man is very unprofessional first off the first thing he said was can I go give him a good review he charged me 250 to do half the work another mechanic had started the work made it easy for him he just had to screw the screws back in and put everything back that’s it the hard work was done he left my car in the air for two days left the plastic the covers the starter and everything else under the car I had to call him numerous time to come back take my car down and put the stuff back when he finally did he didn’t put it on right almost killed me and my girls and then would not come back and fix the problem I would not recommend no one to use him all he won’t his money and good reviews and don’t wanna do the job right very very very unprofessional I have pictures off how he left my car he his a user and all bout take black peoples hard earned money I had to spend more money to have someone else fix the problem that he did very unfavor

Big B answered and came thru just as advertised. Picked up the battery, got to my location and installed it without a hitch. Reasonably priced and definitely worth every penny and then some. Thanks Big B! Hopefully I won't need u again, but just knowing I have someone to rely on now, puts me at ease...!!!

Big B really helped me out . I was stuck with a bad sensor and my car was driving terrible with power loss and shaking . I was able to bring my car to him the same day i called him. He went under my car and was able to replace my sensor with one hand without being able to see the sensor since it was blocked by other parts. Hes amazing!

Called and he was extremely quick to answer, very professional and knew exactly what needed done to keep my brake from squealing. My brakes were done by someone else and they non stop were squealing while driving, it's all fixed now thanks to big b's auto!!! 👌 Highly recommend!!!

Initially gave a 5 star review until I had to get my car fixed by a different mechanic. He charged me 80 dollars for a half-baked job that a real mechanic charged me only 35 dollars to fix. Don’t call this guy unless you are desperate for a quick, temporary, ripped off fix.

My car’s battery died at the worst possible time, Sunday night. But, Lee saved me big time. He arrived before the road side assistance and he changed the battery in no time and that too at very cheap price. I can’t believe my luck that I found him so easily. But, it is assuring to know that he is around and work during night time too. I would recommend everyone to give him a chance, he is an awesome mechanic and he will take care of your problem.
