Went in to have my tire fixed but they couldn't fix it so had to get a new tire so I need a oil change so I got a new tire an oil change. Was very happy with it all. People in tbe office an service department was very helpful.

I had a tire with a large nail in it. Big Chief worked me in (late afternoon on a holiday!), and I was out of there in less than an hour! Excellent service.

My experience with the people at this location is always great even down to the technicians. They are extremely helpful and willing to help anyway they can. I was there and another customer was having an a medical issue nothing that rescue was needed. They immediately stop and made sure that this person was okay. I was really impressed and it just shows that people genuinely care about you. Great staff!

They did an awesome job, the only thing I was concerned about was the tires reading when I just put brand new tires all the way around.

We were traveling and ran over something that damaged the sidewall of one tire. The other tires were like new (only a couple of months old). Damian found us a matching tire, and had it delivered. By the time we arrived at Big Chief Tire, they were ready to install the new tire. Everyone was very professional and helpful. If you're on the west side of Jacksonville, call Big Chief for tires.
