I went in with a brake problem. My brakes were surging and making a grinding noise. they fixed all my problems by replacing a wheel cylinder, and cleaning and adjusting the brakes.Now they work very well I've been going to Big Chief for many years and I'm always satisfied with what they do.

I greatly appreciate Joelle for sending me a text reminder of my appointment. I usually forget! I was ON TIME and I didn’t need to stay over two hours. My oil change and the routine inspection was completed in a very timely and professional manner. Ms. Joelle explained - in detail - any concerns I had. As an older and long time customer - it is comforting to see the familiar faces of Robert, Joelle And old man Steve. I’ve been having my vehicles serviced ONLY at this location since 1994ish. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

I've been a customer for over 15 yrs. This company has provided me excellent, trustworthy service. Saving me thousands of dollars in over priced repairs, maintenance fees , brake jobs and all the other over priced repairs dealers and most repair shops charge customers. They continue to service all of my vehicles. These guys are professionals with a conscience which is in short supply in this city. I implore anyone looking for tires, brake jobs ect to contact Big Chief first, ask for Robert!

Brought 2 new tires in April with the warranty and tires were bold in October also got a wheel alignment in April tires had no tread completly bold. I want Big Chief to honor their warranty. I been a good customer for years

I’ve always had a good experience at Big Chief Tire. They are not cheap, but they are reasonable and worth every dime I spend there. They are very busy and I recommend always having an appointment scheduled before showing up. The associates at the desk provide helpful, straightforward information. I trust them.

I’ve done business with the Blanding for 15 years. They have changed management multiple times each time getting worse. Hard to believe the manager didn’t know the difference between disc and drum brakes. I had an appointment for 1:30 and took over 2 hours to change the oil and rotate and balance the tires. Truck looked like they test drove it in the mud. I drove it today and will need to take it elsewhere to balance the tires properly. Although convenient I need to find a new company

One of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had regarding tires! Joelle was amazing. She priced out some options; gave me all the details so I could make an informed decision. Vehicle was ready quickly. Technicians actually do an inspection unlike other shops. Recommendations were made. Joelle made sure that I understood what the recommendations were and when I would need to take action! Definitely will be back for all my vehicle services. Thank you Joelle for an awesome experience.
