Super friendly and welcoming customer service. Did an oil change in less than 15 minutes! Also took the time to add coolant and check the other fluids in my vehicle. Very satisfied with this establishment!

I came in and got my oil changed as I usually do. However this particular time the service was not completed. My filters weren't put on properly and the next day i hear a boom! after dripping fresh oil all over, BLEW MY ENGINE OUT. I called and ask to speak to the manager and I got the run around. My car was not drivable so I couldn't bring it back to them as MO requested I do. I was told a week ago that Ken the manager would be in. Now again this week being told the same. I want compensation for my car being damaged by this company.

My check engine light came on. Always a cause for concern, right? My first thought, "Alex, Ken, and Mohammed at Big D's". I go in Monday morning. Any other place would have said, "You're gonna need us to replace your high-performance fuel injection system for $1500, parts and labor." Not Alex. He said, "I will reset the check engine light, and if it comes back on, you have a problem." Turns out the Autostop Eco mode is a bad feature for my car and yours if it comes with it. It increases wear and tear on your engine and was the cause of this "hiccup". Every time I start up now, I turn it off. AND Alex didn't even charge me for the diagnostic service! That's not just friendly, THAT'S FAMILY! 🖖

They are professional, courteous and usually have a rapid return of your vehicle (with express/simple services). My mechanic, who doesn’t do oil changes, referred me to this shop. I was so impressed at the fast courteous service. Even though I’ve taken my F150 to dealerships for services, they have never show me the condition of my filters. In fact, I can’t say with any level of certainty that the filters have ever been changed. My truck is running like new!

this place WAS my regular oil change place since i’d gotten my most recent car. The last two times I’ve gotten an oil change NONE of my fluids in the car were checked or topped off despite the receipt I’m given every visit saying they have been. I had to return to this location this morning after having my fiancé take it in for an oil change yesterday due to literally NO power steering fluid being added into the tank. the owner tried to charge me $25 this morning after claiming he checked the fluid the day before. They’ve lost my business until further notice. The younger gentleman that’s usually there mid-afternoon has never treated me this way. and if he isn’t there when i need maintenance, i will not spend my money there. they charge me more when my fiancé brings the car in and they do not check the fluids when he’s the one they have to deal with. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

“ THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I DO NOT RECOMMEND “ we went for an oil change and decided to get a tune up as well , they told me the “turbo” in my girl friends chevy Cruz had a recall on it and needed to be replaced so they replaced 1 of my girl friends spark plugs instead of replacing all of them as they should’ve So I took her car to Chevy because the owner told me that the car would not run properly with out Chevys hand in fixing the turbo , they told me he had put in bad/old spark plugs In her car and when Chevy replaced them the car ran perfectly fine and that their diagnostics was showing no sign of a issues with the “turbo” in her car. We came back here a day later and asked for a refund and Amongst other costumers the owner refused to give a refund even with the recipe and with me bringing back the physical spark plugs that where Burnt out “(I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND)” they can not be trusted
