The workers are don’t have a proper training, they put air in my tire and put some patches on the damage but they don’t put the hub cap properly, and also if you are woman , they sell you expensive for used tire, and if you negotiate, they gonna be mad.

You can tell these mechanics aren’t making any money. He tried to price gouge me and tell me I needed a wheel bearing when I only needed a replacement lug nut, which I brought to him to put on. If you love your vehicle, don’t take it here. They literally stand around and wait to see who they can rip off. This place is bogus.

Great place to get a quick fix for a nail or slow leak...they find the leak plug it and you go $10-$15 and your on your way

I needed a tire unexpectedly, so I called Big D Tires and luckily they had the odd size tire I needed. They were super nice & the prices are good! I recommend using Big D. D. Wilson

This was my first & last experience with this business. A male who I presume was the owner of the establishment asked me if I had cash. I told him I did not & handed him my debit card. The male quoted me a price of $50 and swiped my card for $52. Although it was $2 extra dollars, not a lot of $$, it was the principal. The male should have been clear about all charges upfront or before he accepted my card & he was not. The reason for the low rating. My suggestion to this establishment is to do better & be crystal clear about what you are charging (upfront).

Do not trust this place. I got a tire from here on father's day, it looked good. The next day I noticed the tire had an air bubble which is extremely dangerous. I wouldn't recommend anyone buys tires from here. The lady at the desk was extremely toxic, and she also had an attitude while she kept grinning like she had the upper hand while I was asking her what they could do for me. I requested for their policy and she claimed they didn't have one and it's just "her word" that they can't refund or accept to replace the tire, and that it's the customers "job" to "inspect" the tire before driving off. How does that even work if they don't have a written policy? I'm really upset because of her attitude and un-cooperation to help me out. I had proof of purchase since I paid with card, and I also showed her a picture of the bulge. Please customers, take your money to a reputable tire shop and not this dumpster. Below are pictures of the tire I purchased from this unreputable shop.
