Came in had a screw in my tire waited ten min for some guy to come out smelled horrible of cigarettes and smoking while taking my tire off . I have asthma and can’t breathe around that stuff. Charging me $25 saying I had two holes in my tire umm I need proof of that cause I only saw one screw. So I now I am going to be checking for proof. I will stick to my original place from now on. I don’t think he even put the right amount of air either.

Waited for a plug for 45 minutes they tended to 3 people that pulled up after me and ignored me when I walked to talk about my situation then after the wait they only put 3 bolts on my tires when I came with 4 and broke one of the studs off

Arrived to this place with 4 workers present. No acknowledgement!! Went to where they were working on a car, all 4 of them!! Didn’t want to acknowledge us! Waiting for them to check for tires for us, another car arrives and they take care of him before us. Rude, and unprofessional and I will let everyone know of there horrible customer service!!!

I needed a rare used tire for my sports car, and Mark made me a great deal to replace both my rear tires with 80% tread.. They balanced the wheels, and provided full service... I went there to get my tires rotated. I had been having a rubbing issue with my aftermarket wheels. I forgot the guys name but one of the techs suggested a solution. I agreed and my tire rubbing issue was fixed within a few minutes. Thank you

Went ona weekday afternoon told the guy what I size I needed for two tires on the back. Drove to Hinton because that's where I live and noticed my traction control light was flashing on my dash about 20 miles down the highway. Checked the tires when I got home and realized they had put two smaller sized tires on. Went back the next day and told them they had put the wrong size on and the guy told me oh well he wasnt swapping them out because they're on commission and he didn't put the original tires on the day before. Now Im stuck with two wrong size tires I paid $90 for and my car won't accelerate over 60 mph and shakes uncontrollably.

Bought a tire 2 weeks ago and it was bad went back to get another tire because the guy said if I had any problems in 30 days bring it back and get another tire and then they said no so I wouldn't recommend going there and it's a nasty tire shop and I will never return there again 80 dollars for a tire down the drain

So, I want to say this shop is a good place to swap for a used tire. However, my tire that I bought for $40 had a plug in it which leaked constantly. So, I had to replace the plug. Then the tire started leaking again from the stem valve. Since the tire has a thirty day warranty, I took it back up to Big H Tires and the guy that was helping me fixed the tire I believe, but over inflated the tire to 77 psi (44 max psi) which had me a bit irritated. Then the lug nuts weren’t torqued to specs. I’m a mechanic myself I just don’t have the equipment at this shop. But, I’d never do that to a customer regardless of the situation. I even paid him when I didn’t have to. Wasn’t cool at all. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good place to get a tire swap.

I called on New Years, said they were open and had tires my size. Drove 30 mins showed up everything was closed and didn’t answer the 2nd time I called. Bad customer service.

Called around to multiple tire shops this morning for prices and was told $20 for the tire I needed, $40 to mount it. Got to the shop that evening and was told no it's now $40 for the tire. Won't go back just on the principal that they lied over the phone just to get me to come in and change the price.

I bought a $40 tire from here and not even 3 weeks later, It has several holes in it and I was stranded on the side of the road. I will never buy a tire from here again. I called about the warranty and the man told me I put fix a flat on it. A week after I left there it kept going flat and I have just been airing it up. After looking at the reviews I saw they have a warranty that they don’t tell you about. The man that changed my tire did not even check for leaks at all. He was there by himself on Labor day when no other tire shops were open. He was rushing through everything. Overall a disappointment

This place is great, I had a nail in my tire and he changed the tire and I didn't have any money at the time so he let me pay him later. Best tire shop out there!
