Thanks for the quick service! Our corolla had a puncture with a screw and it was taken care of in about 10 mins. I brought the wheel in myself. It was only $20 which I thought was very reasonable for a 16" economy tire. Obviously price may vary for larger tires or lower profile tires. They were also much faster than the other mobile tire place across the street so I look forward to coming here again. Thank you!

Had a slow leaking due to bad tire plug. Went to Big John's and had it correctly patched in 10 minutes. Great service!

I asked them to change my TPMS sensors on all 4 tires which they quoted 80 bucks. Okay thats reasonable. I assumed that when you change the TPMS sensor you need to sync it with the car. They then said oh if you want to sync the TPMS sensors to your car then you have to pay 80 dollars per wheel for a total of 320. THIS IS SHADY DEALING. Luckily I went to another mechanic and they did it for free and were shocked by the price quote. To sync the TPMS you just need the OBD II tool and it literally took 10 minutes to go to each tire and then plug into to the main receptor. I would not recommend this place to anybody after this incident and I would steer clear of this place. Do not come here.

I had a screw in my tire and my usual go-to place wasn’t taking walk-ins or their next appointment was days away. Forget that when you already have low tire pressure. I called Big John’s and the employee said to come on in. I was in and out under 10 minutes. Great service so I appreciate it!

Went To Big Johns to have a flat tire fixed . I had a tire plug put in. Big Johns and his helper did an excellent job. Went in next day for 2 front tires on my 2014 Honda civic Owner and helper super nice guys , very professional . tire price was reasonable. Yes, I would go back again. Gracias!

While the workers are awesome guys …The owners will increase price based on how they see you…. Not a good taste.. they say one thing on the phone but increase once your there ….

Came in for a patch, they're great at that. Asked for quote to replace 4 tires. Came back and price had increased. Went with it anyways and left with wheels out of alignment. Usually they've been good service but maybe I caught them on a bad day. Either way this experience sucked. They cant fix the alignment so had to take it to another shop

They are open 9am-6pm Monday thru Saturday. Closed on Sunday. I love coming here for all my "tire" questions & problems. They're so cool and they don't sugarcoat anything just to get money out of you. Customer Service on point!! Big John's have gotten themselves a loyal customer now! Keep up the good work..

Replaced a passenger side front wheel new tire with $130. The guy first told me the warranty is 65K miles. But, later the receipt says 65 miles. Am I being fooled?
