Great shop! Amazing service! I was going camping Friday and found out I needed all 4 tires replaced on Wednesday Night. I called the shop owner and told him I need all 4 tires changed on my car as soon as possible and was not sure if he was going to be able to help me so last minute but the owner assured me he could get the tires needed for me and put on Thursday after I got off at 4:30. The shop closed at 5pm. He put on all tires and and even stayed open late for me! He went above and beyond and helped me so much more that was expected of him and his workers. I definitely recommended all my family to go here. Thanks again for the great service!

DO NOT GO HERE idc what the other reviews say. Had an emergency on the freeway and needed the closest place. Told the man we were in a rush because we were picking my nephew up from school. He says he can do it. After 10 minutes of just sitting there I tell my mom that we should just go to another shop down the street. The man comes over and takes the wheel off. Us thinking he’s going to go put the tire on we don’t think anything of it. We’re waiting for another 20 minutes and 2 cars have come and gone. We ask him what’s going on and he proceeds to tell us that his guy has gone to GO GET A TIRE. He told us nothing about them not having what we needed and basically held us there by taking our wheel off. We told him SEVERAL times to just put the wheel back on so we could go somewhere else and got ignored every time. Took over 45 minutes to get out of there then after it’s all finally over with he tells us they only take cash. Ridiculous.

I got a flat late one evening and had to leave my car at a gas station down the road. The next morning I got a ride back to my car, and walked from there to Big John's. John was so kind, he drove down the road to pop a spare on my car to be able to drive back to his shop. He showed me where both of my front tires were worn out, and obtained two replacements and put them on for me, all in less than an hour. I told him that I wanted to come back to replace the back two tires, and he told me he was planning to mention to me that they will also need to be replaced soon. I appreciated so much that he did not take advantage of my situation and try to sell me all four that day, and I will definitely be returning to replace the additional tires. Another employee was there and was assisting, and he was so nice as well. They turned what was a very rough day into a much better day.

Don’t go here it’s a scam.went to get my tire patched and they replaced my tire with a bald tire and proceeded to charge me for a new tire also had taken another tire from another car and they tried selling me a tire with a hole in it.I had to ask them to give me another tire three times.I repeat do not go here

Needed some tires for my truck. Went looking at different tire shops and the prices were outrageous. Came by and we talked about different tires gave me different options instead of one or two brands. Great communication as well!

This place is legit!! I had a nail in my tire so I stopped by Big Johns Tires to get a repair. I didn’t realize I had 2 bad tires, they spotted it and replaced them super quickly for a great price. I highly recommend! Great experience!

I would highly recommend this tire shop. I have been getting my tires here for years! Since before the rebranding. If they don’t have the tire I’m looking for, they will order it and get it in quickly. Their pricing is unmatched. If you’re on a budget, they’ll look up different brands of tires and offer you options. If you just need a quick used tire, they have that. Their customer service is great. Whether you have some time to spare or trying to get back on the road quickly, they’ll take care of you.
