This company is janky and unprofessional. DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE! They will do anything to get over including not paying their workers for work. They get over on hardworking people. They are bad business.

We went to Big Mikes Auto in March to buy my daughter a car. A 2012 Ford Focus. We bought it for $5000. I also bought $300 for three monthscif insurance on it in case it broke down. Two weeks after buying the car, the transmission broke down. We took it back to Big Mikes and to their credit they fixed it in three weeks and it was covered with our insurance but still made us pay $300. The car broke down a week later and we took it to the Ford dealership in BA and we were told that the car had been in an accident and had damaged the front end and transmission ( this was NOT on the Car Fax that Big Mike auto presented us. The cost to fix it was going to be $4000 plus. We ended up trading the car into the Ford dealership and got $2000 trade in for it. Our total loss was $3300. We bought a lemon of a car that was involved in an accident and wasn't told the honest truth of the history if the car. They are nice people at Big Mikes but I wouldn' buy a car there. Buy at your own risk and take the car for an inspection before you buy it-thats the lesson we learned.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Very dishonest. They sold my wife a vehicle they said was good operational condition. She had it for 9 days and the engine blew up on the high way. She called the next morning and they were very rude, unprofessional, and non understanding.

I brought my car because it was running hot and I purchased a two year warranty with my car and they were the only shop eligible (from what I was told) that would accept the warranty.These people worked on my car twice to finally tell me it was my alternator after fixing it 5 months prior for the same thing. My car started running hot again after my alternator was “fixed” and this time when I brought it in they say I have a blown head gasket. Mind you all this is happening within the same month. When asked why they didn’t catch that when I brought it, they told me that’s not something they could’ve caught even though they claimed to have done a diagnostic multiple times. They were going to charge me 4100 for the head gasket and said my warranty does not cover anything. Fine. Until I went to another shop that has now fixed my car and to tell me that the problem my car had was that it was switched from a manual to an automatic. Had nothing to do with a head gasket and was 600 dollars instead of the 4100. Please be careful with dealing with these people. They are not credible obviously.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog, these people need to be reported all they care about is making a sale. They are not loyal to their customers they are liars and will reap what they sow. You will not get away with what your doing to people mark my words, what goes around comes around. You don't mistreat Gods children and that is true honest facts. This business will not succeed when your selling junk and we need good honest car salesman in this community not thieves. But trust and believe you think your being smart but your making dumb moves, because Gods see everything your doing to these honest hard working customers and you will regret it.

STAY AWAY!!! when I showed up to test drive the truck sales guy had a code reader in his hand. I should of known right there something was wrong with the truck. 2 days later the check engine light came on, coolant reservoir had a crack underneath, and the spark plugs were bad. They did tell me they replaced the spark plugs. Liars!
