We blew a tire traveling from AZ to MO. Had to spend night in Albuquerque. Big O went over & above to order a tire & get us going the next morning. Real life savers.

The guys at this location are down to earth and professional! They took me in immediately @8 am balancing all my tires solving the nasty vibration issue my Suv developed while driving on interstate 40 They didn't charge me for the work or inspection which was a huge surprise and relief even though i bought these tires at another location 🙏🏼 I highly recommend this Big O location!!! They have my trust! *****

We stopped in on a busy Saturday due to low tire alert. We didn’t have time to wait the 2 hours but the man who talked with us put air in the tire, gave us two stem caps for ones we didn’t know were missing and directed us to other shops nearby that might have shorter wait times. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this shop.

We were 2000 miles away from home. Our trailer tire had a screw in it We called Big O tire service at 3:00 pm and the gentleman said they closed at 4:30 pm.he could fix our tire if we could get there by 4:30. We arrived in time our tire was fixed in 20 min. There was no charge and they even offered my husband a donut. I would give them a hundred stars if possible.

Went to balance and rotate tires still had problem went to brake master and was told weights are missing on one of my tires don't go here waste of time
