Jeissen the store manager and his crew did a GREAT job taking care of us and quickly repairing a flat tire my wife and I encountered while passing through the area. Everyone we interacted with at the shop was very courteous and helpful. Thank you.

It's always nice when someone does you a solid and that's exactly what happened when I took my car over to Big O for a slow leak in my tire. The job was done within 25 minutes and done for free.

Jeissen the service manager was super awesome during our visit. He had great customer service skills and made sure we were seen right away. It was less than an hour for them to find a screw in my tire and repaired it for us. We appreciate the help!

I stopped by on Friday around 4 pm because I needed to have my tire repaired. They were busy just like the other 2 shops I checked also. So I made an appointment for the next morning. Unfortunately, my tire went flat overnight, so my husband had to remove it and take it to the shop and they fixed it right away without charge (since we bought our tires from one of their stores).

Lejune is fantastic! Definitely exceeded my expectations! I had a cold and the offered me Emergen-C! Like who does that?! I love this place and can’t see myself going ANYWHERE else!

I cannot put into words how big of a help Derek has been. I had a hard time finding a close tire shop around me to fix a flat. Derek was super helpful once I pulled in and got right to work. I appreciate yall so much. Thank you again.

I walked in with a flat tire, Lajune M. And Gilbert were both so very friendly and helpful. They were quick and also changed the tire and replaced my spare under my 4 runner. I would drive clear across town just to go back to this shop!!! Excellent job guys!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Gilbert at the Menaul location helped me out with my flat tire and it was easily the best experience I've had at any auto/mechanic/tire shop. Don't hesitate, these guys are great.

I came here to get my control arms replaced and some other mechanical services. Gilbert, Freddy, and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride back to my house while my car was being worked on. I would highly recommend this shop, and i’m definitely taking my car back for the future!

Thanks to Derek and the team at Big O! We were passing through town on a cross country trip, and were concerned because the steering wheel was vibrating at high speed. It was almost closing time at the shop, but we asked if they could balance the wheels. The team not only took us in, and did the wheel balance, they also rotated the tires because they noticed it was needed, AND DIDN’T CHARGE US ANYTHING! Talk about a holiday miracle. We were done and back on the road to our Christmas visit in 45 minutes. Best. Service. Ever.
