Every time I go here they take great care of me! Gilbert the Manager was so helpful and welcoming the whole time! Today they found A leak and loose bolts when working on my tires. I really do appreciate the honest people working here all great vibes.

Honestly i dont know how this location survives the competency of its employees somehow gets lower and lower and the ownership seems to be fine with all the problems. I cant give these clowns enough information need the vin? OK i gave it to you. What do i need well maybe if i hadnt just told you 5 times! Its not hard if a person knows the issue they tell you and you help with a quote or whatever and if you dont then ok bring it in we can take a look and go from there. But they dont do that they act like youre a burden making them do what they get paid for seeing as its a job then do as much as possible to do as little as possible.

Manager is super nice, had a couple holes in 2 of my truck tires and he only charged me to get one tire fixed, 5/5 for sure!!!

We had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon in the East Mountains. After getting the tire changed, we rushed into Albuquerque to find someone to fix the tire before closing. We went to two stores that said it was too close to closing time (20 mins) to look at it. We arrived at Big O at 4:55. Marvin and Levi took care of it. They said it didn’t matter that the store was closing in five minutes, they would not leave us stranded driving back to the East Mountains with the tiny donut tire. We appreciated their professionalism and kindness, especially after being turned away from other places. And they didn’t even charge us. We will definitely be back for other services and hope you do too.

While in need of a mere oil change and filter, I pulled into Big O at 1141 Juan Tabo met with Mr. Gilbert Rodriguez (MGR). The best ever experience and customer service, i highly recommend this stop for required vehicle maintenance. An extremely professional atmosphere with old school service. No need to go elsewhere I promise you. No wait and courtesy coffee is available. I truly appreciate the crew here on Juan Tabo Big O. No gimmicks or side hustle experienced, just good ole fashioned customer service. Thank you for such a lovely service. Good job guys . Try it out for yourself. Thank you again, Your Friend Pedro M. Everything went well Service was nice people were nice until I realized that my cash was missing from my glove box. Called told the manger what happened and he said nobody saw anything and the camera doesn’t show anything. So I won’t ever go back there again.

Sometimes, a happy little accident is having a kid. Sometimes, one can stumble into a tire shop because a massive lag bolt is sticking out of his or her tire. Today, my happy little accident is having that lag bolt sticking out of my tire.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they were able to get my car taken care of quickly and efficiently. They were understanding of my financial needs and restrictions, and weren't pushy just to make a sale. 10/10 would recommend.
