Bought my tires from the Mall View Rd. Location. Had a very a slow leak in one of the tires. Every three to four days the low tire light would go on. Air it up, it would turn off. Took the vehicle back three times, they couldn't find the issue. The last the time I took it in they mentioned my sensors were malfunctioning. For four hundred dollars they could change them. No mention of the slow leak. The primary issue was the leak and has been. I got upset because Ryan or Brian was pushing the sensor issue and not the leak issue. He hung up on me before I could finish talking. I found the leak with common sense and process of elimination. This is your profession and you can't locate a small leak, it's sad

I was prepared to give this shop 5 star rating; however, upon returning home, I noticed lug nut caps had not been put back on and they did a sloppy job storing spare in it's compartment (compartment, cover, not securely, fastened and trunk rug, left askew). Prices were fair, waiting area clean and inviting, counter attendant friendly, courteous, and professional. Benchmark to receive 5 stars is attention to detail, hopefully, there is better focus on this metric with your customers going forward. Respectfully, RDO

They were fast they were friendly and I did love the price I was there at 8:00 and was out by 9:00 brand new tires I recommend this place because I will go back anytime I need tires work done on my truck

Had an appointment first thing in the morning. Over an hour and a half to change out two tires when it’s not even busy is crazy. Ive watched the workers take the tires off of my car and then start working on someone’s elses vehicle multiple times now. Terrible services

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after my experience. Had an appointment for 8am for only two tires. I showed up a little early and was told it was no problem and they started to work on my car. Well what I didn’t know was that this place didn’t even have the tires I needed in stock at the time of my appointment, never told me about having to get them from another place, and also had me sitting there for almost 2 hours after being told time after time “15 more minutes”. After an hour and 30 minutes go by, I start asking questions and why it’s taking so long? Also the gentleman in the black shirt who I’m guessing was the manager, was just on the phone most of the time I was there and didn’t help his team once. I go outside to look at the car and see some older guy just eating and not paying any attention to the cars that need work. Then when someone did go into the bay, I overhear the cashier start talking about how I’m watching them and they need to start working. I guess the tire tech didn’t like me questioning why he was taking so long and seemed irritated after he handed me the keys. Well I had a weird feeling after leaving and good thing I checked before going back up the mountain, because they were overfilled by more than the limit on the actually tire (44 psi max). If a tire popped on my way home I could have been seriously hurt or worse. Please take your cars elsewhere. This place doesn’t care about you.

I used this location for my tires on multiple occasions. They state that they balance the tires on the receipt. I had to bring my truck back to them to get the tires balanced and they only balanced 2 of 4. They then called me a liar. The owner tries to appear helpful by giving contact information but nobody will get back to you.

I went to get new tires, and they set me up with some around my price range and got me on a payment plan and was able to put them on that same day. Very friendly great service highly recommended

Maybe the slowest service for an oil change I’ve ever had. Pricing isn’t transparent until you show up and employees seem comfortable with taking as long as humanly possible. Waited about 50 minutes before asking how much longer it’d be and they said that “it’d be a while”. Just left. Never coming back.

They were fast for an oil change and three tires they were quick they were really reasonable on the oil change and the tires cuz the tires that I got yeah they were pretty reasonable very respectful very clean and environment all around five stars.

Fui a este lugar a reparar una llanta. Demasiado caro,lento y ni siquiera le pusieron el aire correcto a las llantas. Tu e que editar mi opinión, porque una hora después de reparada la llanta, se desinfló y el tapón de hule que ponen se salió. Me echaron a perder una llanta nueva

Apparently no one could drive stick shift and knocked the clutch plunger rod out and jammed it in the clutch starter safety switch. They said they couldn't do anything about it and to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Update day after, district manager was nothing but rude and unprofessional. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

Horrible service. Rude employees. Went to have a diagnostic test done on a working car and ended up damaging my car to where we can't drive it. District manager was rude. He wouldn't even talk to my husband about the issue stating it was our fault the car doesn't work. Found it very unprofessional that they left the driver side window down and the car in neutral when it was parked and not being worked. Will never come back to big o.

WILL NOT recommend! i had an appointment for 11am to get my breaks checked out and they didn’t even take a look at my car and it had been atleast an hour and a half and they still didn’t look at my car! I made an appointment that way i wouldn’t have to wait that long this is the most ridiculous place would never recommend to anyone needing service for there car
