I’ve been a repeat customer at this location since 2022 and I will continue coming back as long as I live here! After 3 years of service, Felipe is the reason I finally had to write a 5 star review. I came in distressed over a blowout on the highway and found out my warranty had expired on that tire, plus I needed to replace the other 3. Felipe was sympathetic to my situation and found me 4 new tires that were price friendly, higher quality than the ones I had, and added a generous discount on my total. My tires had to be ordered but came quickly (the next day) and I was called immediately about them arriving. After missing the original phone call, I was called again the next day to follow up and was offered to come in for immediate priority service. 10/10 - I recommend!!

Nice enough people but took longer than communicated to get two tires for my daughter’s car. Also slipped in the cost of the tire protection plan without asking to add it. Since my daughter wasn’t familiar with it she paid the invoice without knowing it was included. Lesson for the future I suppose.

Amazing place- honestly I didnt realize they existed but man, once you've used them i doubt you'll go back to who you went with before. Full service mechanic, not just tires, and their work is top tier at reasonable price!

Had a great experience. Came in looking for a specific set of tires. They didn’t have them but the guys let me peruse their back room to see if I could find something. Ended up getting better tires than I thought I wanted! These look so good on my truck and they are much quieter than my old set. Price was on point and I will definitely be back.

Genuine people at the counter, however waiting almost 2.5 hours for an oil change killed my experience with them. They did say that it’s the parts company that was taking forever. Had a coupon for $17.99 oil change and was charged $33 but didn’t want to take up more time so I didn’t dispute. Felipe was honest about the situation so it was nice.

I took my RAV4 to alignment after two frustrating attempts to align it at BCS Toyota. About two months ago, I changed the tires at Toyota, and they recommended doing an alignment. After the service at Toyota, I started driving and, to keep the car straight, I had to have the steering wheel about 1/4 to the left. I came back, and another hour and a half passed by. I started driving again, and the car was pulling to the right. I returned there, but they said it was normal. It was annoying, but I was too tired to go to Toyota, so after searching online, I found this place, and they have good reviews. Indeed, they are very good. The staff is very friendly, and the service was performed very fast. They even offer a warranty on the service where you can bring your car for them to redo if it’s needed. Now my RAV4 is driving very straight, and I am very satisfied with the service, and I will take my car there for future services.
