My girlfriend had a flat tire in the middle of the road. We called Big O and spoke to Audrey and she left us on hold four times in a row and one of them was for 25 minutes. Then when we tried calling for the 5th time she was gonna schedule us for tomorrow even though we had a flat tire. This is why Discount is better

Nice place good prices a little understaffed at the front desk and they need to communicate more clearly. When I called I thought the guy was saying it was almost done (tires don’t take very long at most places) but after I got my ride to drop me off, I waited another hour. I could have just gotten a ride an hour later if someone had told me to hold off.

8 months ago I gave this Big 0 a 5 star rating. The front desk and everybody we're just so good and on top of getting things done. But today, October 24, 2024. I dropped my car off to get an alignment and get the brakes checked after about two and a half hours, I called to see how everything was going. The person answering the phone told me that everything looks good. They're out test driving my car, I showed back up to see, and at that point I found out they just pulled my car in, I was lied too, if they lie about that I can't help but to think what more will they lie to me about !!!

Had an appointment scheduled. Showed up 30 minutes early and understood that wait but then another hour later with no communication they finally say may take another 45 minute wait. I am a very patient person, but when it comes to no communication that is no good business. People often have to take time away from their work. This is bad management and terrible customer service.

Horrible service today! Went in for an Oil change arrived at 3:18 pm guy came from back 10 min later and took my truck to back. I'm saying yes this will be a quick visit. Well I paid for my truck at 5:10 pm for oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours really Big O.....

The Hankook Kinergy tires I purchased 4 years ago are down to the threads and should have still been under warranty, but this store didn't want to work with me to prorate a warranty replacement. I also had an appointment for a simple tire rotation, and it took 3 hours to complete.

I came here for an oil change because I received a coupon for 30$ off in the mail. They quoted me 106$ for the oil change but since I had the coupon it would have came out to 76$. I was okay with spending that because that's what I usually pay. They later called me and told me that the cabin filter was very dirty and they asked me if I wanted to replace it. I asked them, "how much will this cost me?" And the guy responded with "40$" so I told them to go ahead and replace the cabin filter. When I went to pick up the car the guy told me that it was going to be 165$ I told him that I still had that 30$ coupon and he said "I already applied it" I responded with "on the phone you told me it would cost 40$ to replace the cabin filter so tell me how the grand total was 195$ before the coupon?" The guy didn't give me an answer and instead handed me a paper that "breaks it down" which it absolutely did not. I was wanting him to break it down and he couldn't. This place is an absolute scam. I will not be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The people that work here are scum.

I had an incident a few weeks ago and I tried to bring my car in and only made to the parking lot, Aubrey was I credible caring and kind and Nate helped me get my car in a safer space! I eventually found it was my transfer case 😰, I had no idea what that was let alone the cost. Thank God for my warranty!!!!! Dan was amazing with keeping me up to date with the progress and even stayed a lil later to make sure I received my car when they said I would! Great Job Big O! I appreciate each of you and your sincere kindness towards me!!!!!

I ran over a nail on my way to getting my son to his school open house. When I realized the hissing coming from my tire, I immediately drove to their store. They were so understanding and helpful, especially since I was a walk in with no appt and two little kids in tow. They had my tire fixed in less than an hour. Extremely grateful!

If I could give negative stars I would. Took my car in to get new rotors and brake pads. After I got my car back I ended up taking it back to them 3 separate times because it was still making sounds when braking, almost worse than before. Each time, they didn’t do anything about it. I ended up having to go to another auto shop to fix their mistakes! I tried getting some of my $1200 back and they wouldn’t do it. The lady manager working at the time was very sarcastic and rude to me during this entire process. Never felt so robbed from an auto shop in my life. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

I had a riding mower tire that went flat. I dropped the tire off and it was fixed quickly. Aubrey was extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll be back when I get another flat.

Just amazing...fixed screw in tire hole for 2nd time (lots of roof repair in the Springs this year). Outstanding warranty and they have kept track of it for 3 years. Great service. Personable. Get your tires here instead of the dealer!
