Service was slow. They forgot my hub caps, so I had to go back. One of my tires became flat later that day. They also didn't put the air nozzle caps back on.

Came in for an inspection and was told my brand new suspension had a leak. The next day, toyota rechecked their suspension install, due to an alleged leak. No leak. Sounds sketchy at best

Do not purchase anything from this place Very rude horrible customer service literally nobody inside the lobby one other customer workers literally standing around doing nothing and they get upset at the customer for asking them. What’s taking so long to change the tire?

Had a blowout and needed some suspension repairs. Brett was incredibly helpful, got everything handled swiftly and correctly and was also able to work in some discounts. Highly recommended.

These employees are phenomenal. Because my car had to be towed, it left about 20 minutes to work on it before closing along with other cars being worked on. Fortunately, it just needed a patch, but they went the extra mile to make sure the car was done before I left. Thank you all so much.

I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire and went ahead into Big O. Tires. I asked an employee how much it would cost to have a patch on the inside of my tire and it was completely free. They were extra busy and still had my tire done in less than 40 minutes! Great Service, and friendly. I will go there for all of my Tire business from now on! 🙂

Julian was very friendly and helped make a "late order missed the truck" situation better. Explained all my options, took care of rescheduling me, and was hands-on for my appointment. 4 new tires and an alignment later, I feel safe for my daily 2 hr commute. Thank you!!

We were vacationing in Colorado Springs and had issues with a nail in a tire. We were recommended to go to Big O tires but when we arrived which it was 3:15pm the store says it doesn’t close until 4:00pm we were told they were closing up early and had already shut off the air compressors. (It’s not that hard to turn on an air compressor) Not knowing the area we then asked where to go (thinking they had another big o tires somewhere) they actually told us to go across the street to peerless tires. Peerless tires actually serviced us even though they were technically closed where as big o tires decided to give their business to someone else. Would never recommend a big o tires and everyone trying to get work done on a vehicle go to peerless tires across the street they were amazing!
