Came to Big O to replace my brakes for a 9am appointment. They ordered the wrong rotors twice. No apologies for their mistake. We had to ask if the third rotors had arrived an hour after we were informed they were on their way. It’s now 1 pm and I’m still waiting for my brakes to be replaced. Very inefficient, they should have ordered the correct rotors and had them on hand prior to my appointment. They had seen my car the week before for an oil change. Very disappointing service.

I had and I way have a great experience with Big O tires. I went to the one on Austin Bluffs, because of their new person Scott. I really trust him with giving my the full and honest picture of my vehicle. I will not go to anyone else!!!! Thanks Scott for your help.

The staff have always been friendly so it feels bad to write this review. I've spent close to $4k in the last 6 months on tires here for multiple vehicles. I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma 2 weeks ago. At the time the Toyota dealership did a full inspection of the vehicle. So I know my tire pressure monitoring system was working when I bought the truck. I have documentation from the dealer that shows the tire pressure monitoring systems were working. Last week, I went to this Big O tire to swap out some Yokohama MTs for BF Goodrich ATs. Once the work was done I noticed that my tire pressure gauge was showing that I was no longer getting a read on any of the tire's pressure. I was immediately disappointed that the tire shop didn't notice that all 4 tires were no longer reading any tire pressure and that they returned the truck to me in that state. So I had the truck inspected by the Toyota Dealership to see what the issue was. They let me know that all 4 tire pressure monitoring sensors were now missing. When I spoke to the general manager, Jesse Rodrigues, about this at Big O he doubted my experience and denied that his team had messed up. We watched footage of the work done that day so that he could "prove" that they did not make a mistake. The footage was tough to see what had happened and I don't see how this mistake could have been anyone else's fault but this shop. It's pretty simple - I had tire pressure monitoring sensors before going to the shop. Then I didn't have them after leaving the shop. They are good people but weren't willing to own up to this snafu. Too bad cause I liked shopping here. But this location is worth avoiding. They are willing to lose customers and reputation for something they could have reimbursed me a few hundred bucks on to fix the mistake. Update - after talking to Jesse again after his response here: Let me reiterate that if I did not have TPMS installed then my tire pressure light would have been on for the first week of driving this vehicle. It wasn't flashing or on for this time period. The TPMS would HAVE to be installed. The day I bought my truck into Big O my tire pressure was low and did flash that day. Jesse sent me pictures of the stems and said that because they are rubber that they must not have had sensors. It is true that Toyota OEM stems are metal but there are plenty of aftermarket TPMS that are rubber. Also, he admitted that when his team did an inspection they noticed issues with the sensors but failed to speak to me about them. They forgot to send me any documentation or speak to me about the inspection until.. after this review. They completely dropped the ball here. Had they, I wouldn't have needed a 2nd opinion from the Toyota dealership and this whole thing could have been avoided. Jesse is infuriating to speak to because he doesn't have empathy for customers frustrations. He just stone-walls you and can't any take accountability or attempt to right the situation. Hope no one else has to ever deal with this guy. He sets a low bar and that is what his shop is failing under. My experience at Big O Tires on Austin Bluffs Blvd has always been exceptional. Everyone is very noligable, and your greeted as you walk through the door. They go out of their way to make sure that the work you are asking for is actually needed before they even start. And that you are satisfied with work that was done. You're given the price up front so there is no surprises. If you are military or retired military, law enforcement, first responder you are given a discount. Sometimes yes, you need to ask about the discount. Give this place a look at the next time you need work done on your vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

The last thing anyone wants to do is get their tires replaced, but if you have to do it, this is where you need to go. I believe it was Rob that initially assisted me. He was patient and knowledgeable while explaining what my car needed. Every time I went in or called, EVERYONE was exceptionally helpful and charming too. When I picked up my car, it was pouring rain and Jake walked me out with an umbrella! By far the best experience I have ever had in an unfortunate situation.

They left my steering wheel so dirty and disgusting. And now it’s peeling because I tried to clean it. Very unprofessional and I’m just overall super disappointed with my experience and wasn’t very nice/friendly. Will not be returning…
