I recently took my truck to Big O Tires to have new brakes installed. During the process, the technicians at the shop broke the bolts and studs. These parts were not damaged when I initially brought the vehicle in, and the damage occurred while the shop was working on it. Instead of addressing the mistake or attempting to repair the issue they caused, the shop presented me with a quote of $2,342 to fix it. They did not take any responsibility for the damage or offer a solution to remedy their error. As a result, I have been forced to take my truck to another shop to address the damage caused by the initial repair attempt. This has created unnecessary inconvenience and additional expenses that could have been avoided if the shop had handled the situation properly.

I scheduled an appointment earlier this week to ensure I could receive service at my scheduled appointment time. I arrived 6 minutes late and figured my car wouldn’t be serviced for another 10-20 minutes. Wrong. My car wasn’t even driven to the building until 50 minutes later and then I needed to wait an additional hour and 10 minutes for the company to exchange a headlight. I accounted for an hour because I didn’t know appointment times do not matter as well as I didn’t receive any communication as to why it took 2 hours to exchange a headlight. As non confrontational as I am, I had asked twice when it would be done and received updates. I would suggest learning to fix it yourself because I could’ve finished this easy fix faster myself. Additionally, I work a 9 to 5 and attempted to account for my schedule with my appointment time and it went over by an hour. Had I known the business was behind, I would’ve decided to reschedule because I was an hour late to work and could’ve have lost my job.

Superb service. I went in and was given an approximate time of an hour and half and they finished 30 minutes faster! Was explained the type of tires that would be best and cost effective for my car. Will go again!

Very thankful for you guys I called for a tire patch come to find out I had another nail in my tire Mike & his team got me in quickly with not a long wait time. They were Very helpful , knowledgeable and really took care of me . If you have tire needs i recommend them . Very competitive pricing and good people .

Does not deserve its 4 star rating. Came here for a tire repair, one of them was flat. The technicians (if you can even call them that) had my car back to me within a few minutes, I should have known then something was wrong. I drive off on my merry way only to notice the tire pressure gauge is still on. The next day I take a look at all my tires and there’s still a giant nail in one of them. Really? How bad at your job do you have to be to mess up that bad? This place is not worth it. Lots of other shops around that will treat you fair.

All we needed was to patch a flat tire and we ended up sitting there for 2 hours only to have the dude tell us that the tire wasn't able to be fixed. I guess I'm just lucky I didn't have to pay for them to waste my time.

These guys are amazing! Special shout out to Jesse and Chris who fixed a problem after another Big O location would not take responsibility for. The Omaha location is where I typically go, however I was trying to save time and went to another location and that was my first mistake. Long story short, Jesse and Chris did a solid and got my ride safe again.

A few months ago, I had a damaged tire that could not be fixed. At first, it was suggested that I needed to replace two tires but Jesse did a great job in helping me find a reasonable solution. He analyzed the tread depth of the remaining 3 tires and determined that one of the three could be partnered up with the new replacement tire. This solution saved me a ton of money and helped me maximize the life of the remaining three tires.

I am frustrated with this location. I have gone in twice now where I had scheduled an "appointment" for service, and they acted like I was a huge inconvenience. The first time was a full set of tires, and it took all day to get the car back because they had to order tires. I schedule a time for the service because I want to be able to wait for the car and get it right back. I drive a lot for work and can't go all day without a vehicle. The second time, I just needed to replace one tire. The staff told me to come back the next morning and they'll replace it first thing. I did, and the person seemed annoyed the next morning, and it took over an hour to get the one tire replaced. Again, I schedule it in hopes they can get it done immediately while I wait. I'm a little disappointed in the service. They seem a little unorganized.
